Namaskar,
Ananda Marga ideology says, “Imagine a scoundrel is standing in front of you. The man is such a rogue that you feel like slapping him, but do not actually do it. It is only when you decide, ‘Let me slap that scoundrel’, that your hands actually strike him. When the inner urge to externalise the feeling becomes strong enough, your hands leap into action. A great person is one who has complete control over the externalisation of thoughts. A thought will not always be expressed physically. One may have a desire to hit someone or a desire to steal, but never actually does it due to one’s self control.” (1)

Knee-jerk reaction is the sign of a weak mind
Various people react differently to the same set of circumstances. For example, if one person in the market suddenly abused Mr. A and Mr. B. Then Mr. A and Mr B will react differently. By listening to the unjust abuse, Mr A violently kicked the boy in his stomach. In contrast, when the same person abused Mr. B then Mr. B remained calm and patient to see how the situation developed.
According to the above teaching, Mr A has a weak mind because of his hasty, knee-jerk reaction. Whereas Mr B has a stronger mind as he exercised restraint over his motor organs. The final teaching is, “Do not react immediately - try to have control over your organs and do not allow your hands, feet, mouth etc (i.e. the motor organs) to quickly and impulsively jump into action.” To achieve this, mental force is needed. Otherwise, those organs will react automatically, without the support of the intellect.
Mr. A's leg kicked impulsively & killed the boy
In the above example, Mr. A dealt the boy a deadly kick in the stomach due to which he died. In result, Mr. A was arrested and convicted in court on charges of capital punishment. So this is the example of a thoughtless action. And according to the above Baba's teaching, Mr. A has no control over his nerve fibers - because of his weak mind. The weak mind cannot control the nerve fibers, and in result Mr. A's leg came impulsively into action without the conscious support of the mind. And he killed the boy. Later on, throughout his whole life, Mr. A repented for the crime he committed. The root cause is not thinking seriously, and just reacting senselessly in the spur of the moment. Many, who do not practice yoga and meditation, do not have control over their mind. Their mind is weak, and at the simplest of issues their emotions burst out - due to anger or hatred - and their motor organs also jump into action without the control of the mind.
For example, there was a crowd on the bridge, due to a pilgrimage. And someone started a false rumour that a wild elephant is approaching on the run. So without thinking, hundreds of people jumped into the river and the majority of them died. This is a classic example of a knee-jerk reaction. Their action was not supported by the mind. This proves that those who jumped into the river are all weak-minded.
Conclusion
Why does this happen - what is the operative factor? Due to lack of sadhana, the mind is very weak. So watch out. If someone’s mind is weak, then at the simplest of issues their emotions may burst out due to anger or hatred etc. And their motor organs might also jump into action without the control of the mind. And that's what Baba is guiding us in His teaching.

Important thing to know
Suppose you saw a beggar sitting in a very cold winter night on the roadside in the darkness. Moving along you saw him, and by seeing his pitiful condition, from your eyes tears of compassion came. And with kindness, you arranged for his food and covering, and also provided shelter. So the tears of kindness which were spontaneous after seeing this beggar were not the sign of a weak mind. Rather, that was the sign of a developed mind which has very positive instincts. The conclusion is that those who express their knee-jerk reaction under the spell of malevolent vrttis; they are weak-minded. And the opposite is the case with benevolent vrttis. If seeing someone in trouble, you jumped into action to save them, then that is a positive thing.

Who is Radha
Ananda Marga philosophy states, “Parama Puruśa is the only real entity, the only absolute entity. The further the jiivas move towards Parama Puruśa, the more elevated their minds become. When they reach a very subtle stage of elevation, their concentrated mind-stuff speeds towards Him with the one-pointedness of an arrow. Such a mentality is called Rádhá....What is Rádhá bháva? When devotees feel in their heart of hearts that their existence is meaningless without attaining Lord, that they cannot survive a single moment without feeling His blissful presence, they have attained the stage called Rádhá. Such devotees know nothing other than árádhaná [total mental absorption” (1)
Note: Some ignorant people think that Radha is a female of Vrindaban. But that is not true. 'A-grade' bhaktas are Radha, whether they are male or female or anyone.
