The following AMPS properties were secretly sold by Centre:

1) Patna Baba Quarter land: [SOLD!!] The first Ananda Marga land (almost 50 % of Patna MG quarter land) was sold before AMPS was  divided. Top level Wts of the then AMPS jointly decided to sell part of Baba quarter land. In the summer of 1998, the Patna land was secretly sold by the collective efforts of AMPS. The land paper was surreptitiously signed by then GS Mantreshvarananda dada. However, a few alert margiis came to know about these illegal activities and waged a strong protest. At the 1998 DMS, a group of margiis met with PP Dada to express their grievances. In the PP quarter, a few margiis were thrashed and warned to stop all protests about AMPS land sales. .

2) Brother's jagrti - Perth, West Australia: [SOLD!!] The brother's jagriti was sold in 2010. The buyer then resold it within a very short time and earned good profit.

3) Ananda Sambodhi land (Master Unit) in Asansol: [SOLD!!] In Feb 2010, GS Ac. Dhruvananda Avadhuta (or maybe his signature was forged) gave power-of-attorney to Ac. Navarunananda Avadhuta to sell 5 Acres and 68 decimals of land belonging to Ananda Sambodhi Master Unit of Women Welfare Department. This MU is the biggest project of WWD after Uma Nivas (Ananda Nagar) and is situated near Asansol in West Bengal. The land was sold on 8th Sept 2010 for 50 million rupees. Dada Nigamananda was blamed for this land sale episode.

4) Ananda Marga land in Bangalore: [SOLD!!] This parcel was bought with Dada Yatiishvarananda’s assistance when he was holding GTS of training centers during the combined AMPS administration. Dada Y donated Rs 200,000 for this purchase. It was a farmable land and only farmers could buy it as per governmental regulations. So with the help of lawyers, Dada Y made WT didi Ananda Shobhana a farmer and thus the land was bought in WT didi’s name. After WT didi left AMPS and joined Chakradhar group, she sold the land in 2010. The money was used for fake guru Cakradhar's needs. Ranchi admin did not take any necessary precautions when Didi left AMPS. There was a long gap between her leaving and the sale of the land. If Ranchi had  taken steps in time, this loss would have been avoided.

5) Kolkata “Abha Seva Sadan” land: [SOLD!!] In 2010, Avadhutika Ananda Karuna didi sold the land that belonged to "Abha Memorial Hospital and Research Center". Ranchi group claimed that total payment received by Kolkata group was Rs 90 lacs (9 million rupees). The payment was made in three installment, and the land was bought by Mr P.R. Malik. This land was situated within the limit of Kolkata Municipal corporation, Ward No. 106 at Kolkata Municipal Premises. NO. 984/A/4, Kalikapur Road, Kolkata 700078.

6) Muradnagar master unit land: [SOLD!!] This was sold (leased) by Ranchi group in July 2013. Dada Prabhashvarananda and Dada Rudrananda’s name appeared in land sease / sale deed. This land is located in western U.P., almost 200 km from Delhi.

7) Sectorial VSS quarter in Allahabad: [SOLD!!] This was sold by Ranchi group in March 2013. Initially, the Allahabad VSS quarter was purchased in 1987 from Government institution “Vikas Pradhikaran” on “EMI (equal monthly Installment)” basis. This house was declared as “VSS Headquarters” for Delhi Sector.

8) Land in Wardha, Maharastra: [SOLD!!] This  was purchased with the donations from Mumbai margiis and Wardha margiis. Margiis were very happy that AMPS will have industrial land in Wardha so that different commercial projects could be started on the land. But margiis were left stunned to know that a Wt dada got the land registered in his worldly father’s name, not in the name of AMPS. Now this land doesn’t belong to AMPS.

9) Mexico: [SOLD!!] Many AMPS properties were secretly sold. These properties were initially donated by brother Gagan, but after his death / murder, Ranchi group pounced on the opportunity to sell off those properties for their own gain. The then SSNY Vimalananda was a key figure - and used Yogendra as the seller - in this scam as he (SSNY) was a bigtime stooge of Rudrananda those days. So here was the deal: Yogendra received the full payment in his name, kept a large stash for himself, and then gave the remainder to Vimalananda who also kept a big stash and passed the rest to Centre.

10) New York Sectorial Office: [SOLD!!] This was sold for $1.4 million by the then SSNY Vimalananda and purchased a small space for about half of that amount. Vimalananda used Dhruva (Clark Forden) as the main doer in this sale as Dhruva had the post of "Corporate Secretary of AMPS USA". Dhruva oversaw all the legal work for the sale. And side by side, SOS Diiptimanananda was a yes-man gopher in this operation. So Vimalananda sold the main longtime office for his personal gains and pocketed the profits to pay bribes to Centre, i.e. to so-called Rudrananda. For more information about this kindly write us.

11) Sweden Bakeries: [SOLD!!] The longtime and well-established AMPS bakery business was sold by Rudrananda's team in 2019 for a huge amount of money that was diverted into their private bank accounts. For more information about this kindly write us.

Conclusion

Baba has given so many projects. If we want to complete the divine mission of Baba, we need to hold onto the properties that we have, and, at the same time, do maximum pracara so we have qualified sadhakas to do proper ideological and service oriented activities on these premises. There is no question of selling AMPS properties; this was Baba's strict order.
