Resolution against avadhuta's filthy abuse

On 19th April 2016 Sri Rajesh Singh proposed a discussion on abusive behaviour of Dada Divyachetananandaji towards Brother Devesh Kumar, who is a senior and sincere margi. He has been fighting against the distortion of Baba's books and the dogmatic celebration of Mahaprayan Diwas for past many years.
Members of Proutists Forum discussed the issue seriously and also provided opportunity to Dada Divyachetananandaji to clear his stand. The trial was fair and non biased. But unfortunately the stand taken by Dada Divyachetananandaji was not satisfactory. During the discussion many times he left the forum even though he was added time and again considering the humanitarian grounds and natural justice. At last he gave a statement accepting that there was a heated argument between him and Deveshji and non-denial of abusive language. Till the end he was not-willing to repent or apologise. Later on, the statements furnished by two eye witnesses substantiated the charges on Divyachetananandaji.
Now considering all facts it was proved beyond doubt that Divyachetananandaji is guilty.
On 20th April 2016 Proutist Forum unanimously passed the following resolution.
Dada Divyachetananandaji's conduct is against the WT Conduct Rule and Forum demanded apology from him. Since he has not apologised so far, नीरव व्यवस्था or Silent Action should be taken against him. He being a WT, we are taking a lenient approach and resolute to take नीरव व्यवस्था / Silent Action for 15 days, hoping he will do self introspection to improve himself.
