Baba
Which type of theory: AM
Namaskar,
Saeddha'ntik tattva (imaginary, fictitious theory) is an impotent or even harmful theory that is not based on practice. Just someone creates their own fanciful theory and tries to apply it to the world. And this invariably creates problems.
Ananda Marga philosophy says, "If theory precedes practice many difficulties will be encountered." (1)
In contrast, prayogabhaomik tattva (practical theory) is grounded in the true reality. In this case, the theory is based on what is already existing in the world, and thus that theory is of deep and lasting value.

Ananda Marga philosophy says, "A theory which follows practice will be successful." (2)
Prayogabhaomik tattva (practical theory) means viewing those things which are already part of the natural order - like seeing the apple falling from the tree - and then formulating the theory of gravity based on that phenomenon. In such cases, the theory will be proper; it will never go bad. It will not be proved wrong or incorrect.
But if any person who is a dry intellectual sits at his table and writes all kinds of philosophy, and then tomorrow updates that philosophy, and then the next day some problem comes and again he updates his self-imagined philosophy, then that cannot be called as prayogabhaomik tattva (practical theory). Because prayogabhaomik tattva (practical theory) is a lasting theory that is beyond change. And it is formulated on those systems and properties which are already existing and operating in the world.
Baba's example of kaoshikii
For instance, Baba has created the kaoshikii dance. That time He saw the internal parts of the body and decided what type of exercise will be best. Because He practically saw that certain glands and organs etc needed a particular type of exercise.
https://anandamargauniversal.blogspot.com/
So it is not that first He created the exercises and then the limbs have to be switched around in order to accommodate that philosophy - or that the glands have to be changed or tweaked in a certain way. Rather always those limbs and those glands were operating in a certain way and they needed a specific type of exercise, i.e. kaoshikii. So Baba's approach is perfectly functional and accurate. In contrast, if anyone makes a theory not based on practice then it will fail.
AM philosophy
Taraka Brahma Baba has an inherent understanding how things are working, such as how the human mind functions. That is direction of AM philosophy. That is why in numerous books on the Author's page Baba has written that Ananda Marga is the common feeling of the human heart. What human beings feel in the heart and what human psychology exists, accordingly AM theory has been given.
In a similar fashion, the whole cycle of brahmacakra is moving in its own way. And those who saw those who know what is the need. So Baba, being the Taraka Brahma, sees and knows the nature of everything. That is why His philosophy is always perfect.
The present scenario
But nowadays in the world people do not follow this special approach. Instead, they invent their own baseless theories and that creates mayhem, whereby different pseudo-yogis dream up various exercises like misguided pranayama etc and then later on it is found that such exercises are extremely dangerous. And still others fall into the same trap and create so many exercises like boxing, and later it was discovered that it was damaging to the brain. And in that way they have created so many other things that led to so many dangers.

Thus there are many people engaged in such type of utopian theories which they propagate and then tomorrow it becomes outdated. Because they are just making their own type of formula which is not grounded in practice. So their theory stems from intellectual extravaganza, nothing more. The theory of communism too failed because it preceded practice.
Conclusion
Ananda Marga philosophy says, "I have already told you that human civilisation is in danger. The chief reason is that in so many cases theory has preceded practice. You must not entertain any of these." (3)
So we should all be aware about the negative pitfalls of saeddha'ntik tattva ((imaginary, fictitious theory)), as well as the positive and unique approach of prayogabhaomik tattva (practical theory). All of the Ananda Marga teachings are perfectly suited to human life; they are prayogabhaomik tattva (practical theory).
Baba says, "Victory is sure to embrace you. Difficulties and encumbrances cannot be more powerful than your capacity to solve them. You are the children of the great Cosmic Entity." (4)
In Him,
Kamalanayana
Note: Saeddha'ntik tattva is an imaginary, fictitious theory because it is not based on universal laws or proven tenets. It is just the fairytale concoction of one jinani (useless intellectual). In contrast, prayogabhaomik tattva is any practical theory which stems from the unfolding truths that are inherent to this universe.

This is a deep subject so best is to read Baba's two discourses on this very matter. Refer to "Theory and Practice" in PNS-6, and the appendix of AV-30 titled "Principles and Practice of Philosophy and Cult". In addition in the 1970's Baba's has given Seminar Notes on this topic as well. So by referring to Baba's discourses then the entire subject will be clear.

No need for recognition
Note: The following teaching contains two ideas that demand our attention.
#1: When serving others by doing shudrocita seva, one should not desire their appreciation, thanks, or kind words. And one should not become displeased if those persons do not express their gratitude. One should feel happy to have been given the opportunity to serve Narayan in the form of a suffering person.
Ananda Marga philosophy states, “Another way to give the public their due respect is to serve them properly. While preaching with a shudrocita idea in view, it should particularly be kept in mind that during the service you will not enter into a propaganda work. Very likely it may so happen that you may go on attending on him, but he does not pay any heed to your single utterance or you do not get any chance to put a word to him, but you need not be sorry for that, because (Náráyan) in human form has accepted, taking your service and this much is your gain. Is it a less important gain?” (1)
Way to convince non-margiis
#2: When trying to convince others about the ideals of Ananda Marga, if the next person is not understanding then best is to give an example from various local scriptures etc. Try to relate that example with Ananda Marga ideology. It is just like how in India you may cite the Gita, Ramayana, or the Vedas, and in Muslim countries you may give an example from the Koran, or for Christians one may cite the Bible. By this way you will be able to teach them Ananda Marga philosophy. The formula is to start teaching them from the point that they already know, and guide them into new realms of knowledge.
Ananda Marga philosophy states, “The verbal comment on the speeches of others does not impress the people so much as the printed words of a book do, more so if those words are confirmed directly or indirectly by any religious scripture.” (2)
