Re: Ugly dance of Ex-Wt
In this 11th hour, one ex-Wt Didi has written a letter petitioning for ex-Wt Tiirthananada to be wholly forgiven and wholeheartedly embraced at the upcoming GT sector 50th anniversary gathering on 09 Feb 2024. Unfortunately, this ex-Didi is completely unaware about Sadguru Baba’s teachings on forgiveness.

No forgiveness in collective life
Here below Baba clearly guides us that:
- Ananda Marga ideology states, “In your personal life you have the right to forgive anybody and everybody but in your collective life you have not got such a right.” (1)
Ex-Tiirthananda’s sin
And the case of ex-Tiirthananda is very clear:
(a) As the former sectorial secretary of both GT and NY sectors, ex-Tiirthananda leaves in his wake a slew of unjust and immoral actions that are a slur in the name of what it means to be an avadhuta.
(b) In short, due to his selfish, short-sighted, and debauched behaviour, ex-Tiirthananda betrayed the trust of Baba. Ex-Tiirthananda’s actions amount to untold collective harm that has gone on for years and years.

Conclusion
According to Sadguru Baba, we have no right to forgive ex-Tiirthananda for his sins. And the ex-Wt Didi’s campaign to forgive ex-Tiirthananda is misguided and against Guru’s mandate.
