Importante que todo sadhaka sepa

 Baba

Baba is in my group + 3 more

Baba

Baba is in my group

Namaskar,

For some time, the level of the group clash in our Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha has been intense. Each faction is fighting for their own survival and dominance, all the while thinking that Baba is supporting their party, i.e. their narrow cause. Verily, all think that “Baba is on my side”, or “I am sure Baba is in my group.” This is the situation playing out these days in our AMPS. Let us see which side Baba is on.
https://anandamargauniversal.blogspot.com/

Preview:
1. All are aware of the existing group clash in Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha;
2. Similar divisions led to the ruination of so many;
3. All groups in Ananda Marga  Pracaraka Samgha think, “Baba is on my side”;
4. Such factional people lost Ananda Marga ideology by ruining BP rights, distorting AM scripture, imposing dogmas (tiirthas, priestocracy, etc), selling AMPS properties for personal gain, weaponizing expulsion - and more.
5. Then how can they please Ista – they cannot;
6. Adhering to our neo-humanistic ideology is the solution to the group fight.

Each group's mentality: "Baba is only with my group"

Here Baba signals how it has happened in Buddhism.

Baba says, "[In 1936], a war was going on between two countries, the citizens of which have the same religion (Buddhist). When the soldiers went to war, their mothers used to pray to Lord Buddha to save the lives of their respective sons. What will Lord Buddha do? Save this man or that man? Both have the same “Is't'a,” but both parties have totally forgotten their ideology. If they were established in the ideology, they would not have gone to war.” (1)

Although AM is not a religion, the point is that when any religion reaches the stage of illogical fanaticism or groupism, then they appeal to their preceptor to support their selfish cause, utterly forgetting the very teachings given by their preceptor. And in that way, members of the same religion fight against and even kill one another, thereby transgressing all the codes and teachings given by their preceptor.
https://anandamargauniversal.blogspot.com/

All suffering from the same problem. As they divide into various factions, each party is thinking that their preceptor is only with their group.

Fight for group cause - not for bhagavad dharma

Unfortunately, now all the groups in Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha (AMPS) are marching down a similar road. Read any group propaganda letter or stand outside almost any AMPS function, and you can see such things taking place. Indeed, these battles are verily occurring in courtrooms around the globe, in various sectors, as each group tries to gain the upper hand.

For the sake of their petty interests and groupist survival, fights are breaking out over jagrtis, master units, Prout bhavans, retreat sites etc. Countless physical properties of AMPS have been divided up and are being treated as battles zones. Indeed, heated battles are taking place left and right, and amidst it all, the various factions think, "I am sure Baba is in my group". That is the very real belief that permeates their mental plate.

Yet what they forget is that what they are doing is not consistent with Baba’s teachings. They have lost adarsha, i.e. His teachings. And when they have lost adarsha or Ananda Marga dharma, then how is it that Parama Purusa can be pleased. In that case, how is it that Baba is really on their side? So with this defective mentality they are hurting and harming other Ananda Margiis for their own selfish gain.

Baba is on the side of neo-humanism, not any group

No particular faction is standing for Baba and holding the flag of Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha. Because their fight is for a narrow cause. It is certain that Baba is not in any group. Baba is on the side of neo-humanism and on the side of every dharmic person. He is not on the side of any group - i.e. of narrow agenda. Remember, where there is a group there is no neo-humanism, i.e. no dharma.

Namaskar,
In Him,
Vijay Deva

~ In-depth study ~

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “Neohumanism will give new inspiration and provide a new interpretation for the very idea of human existence. It will help people understand that human beings, as the most thoughtful and intelligent beings in this created universe, will have to accept the great responsibility of taking care of the entire universe, will have to accept that the great responsibility for the entire universe rests on them." (2)

To promote welfare must embrace universalism

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “It is observed that communalism, casteism, provincialism and nationalism are all of the same defective type. Those who are able to capitalize on one of these sentiments advocate it volubly. In fact, every one of these sentiments suffers from the defect of ism, and is completely filled with narrowness, violence, envy, mean mindedness, etc. Those who enter the field of social welfare by creating divisions between “yours” and “mine”, substantially widen the fissures of fissiparous intellect in human society." (3)

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “Those who want to promote the welfare of all human beings, remaining above all sorts of parochial sentiments, have no alternative but to embrace universalism with their heart and soul – there is no other way. As universalism is totally devoid of any characteristic of ism, it is not proper to depict universalism as an ism. If everyone is looked upon as one's own, no one remains beyond the periphery of ones kith and kin. Naturally, then, there is no scope for violence, envy, narrowness, etc." (4)

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “Beware of those who want to divide people, those who try to erect walls of artificial separation between pure and simple human beings by encouraging narrow geo-sentiments and socio-sentiments. These people are lokavyámohakárakáh – they try to inject the diseases of narrowness into human minds – you should beware of them." (5)

Nothing done with a narrow outlook will last

Baba has blessed us with the teachings that will serve as the guiding light for creating one AMPS and leading the entire humanity unto the path of benevolence.

Baba says, “O human beings, try to understand the needs of humanity and build an appropriate social system. Do not try to do anything for your petty personal or group interests, because nothing done with a narrow outlook bereft of Cosmic ideation will last. The cruel hand of time will obliterate all your achievements and plunge them into an oblivion you cannot fathom.” (6)

Indeed, our first and foremost duty is to strictly adhere to His guidelines; that is the only way to overcome groupism. When the mind is ensconced in neo-humanistic feelings, then such battles will never occur. Rather there will be a joining of the minds and natural unity within AMPS. Then all really will be doing for Baba as their actions will be according to His teachings.

Only sadhana can remove the narrowness of mind

Ananda Marga ideology states, "The narrowness of a unit mind in bondage is removed by the sustained effort to perform sádhaná at home and in the society at large. Through the all-embracing practice of sádhaná one will achieve the fullest expression of one's potentialities. If the mind is narrow, Brahma sádhaná is futile." (7)

You are the Divine Creator

"Sandhya' bela'y ba'luka' bela'y bose bose bha'vi tava katha'..." (Prabhat Samgiita #2671)

Purport:

Parama Purusa, in the evening on the sandy shore, I was sitting contemplating Your grandeur and glory. My Cosmic Father, what an amazing image You have made by manifesting this panoramic universe. By Your grace, all this was coming in my psyche. Baba, You are that infinite, Supreme One.

Parama Purusa, everything is residing within Your mind; You are the Divine Creator. In this vast cosmos, in Your inner realm You are imagining so many shooting stars that are racing across the sky, as well as so many mountains that are crumbling to the ground. Every single expression is part and parcel of Your grand, mental display. There are innumerable galaxies floating in space all by themselves - singing the tales of Your magnificence. You are the Supreme Progenitor. Everything is happening within Your mental plate - within Your Cosmic Citta. Whatever occurs in this material world is Your thought projection. What You think is reality for us. Baba, You are the Maker as well as that Witnessing Entity. Everything is residing within Your vast psychic arena.

Parama Purusa, You watch for the welfare of one and all. You care for and nurture each and every entity. No matter how big or small, large or tiny, You look upon all with equal love and affection. Everyone and everything is significant for You. You think about those huge, mammoth elephants which demonstrate their power by forcefully stomping through the wild jungles, and You listen to the little stories of those tiny honey bees that gently hover and buzz around the delicate flowers. You look after every being. For You, all have equal importance and great significance. Baba, with Your causeless compassion, You are the caretaker of humans, animals, plants, and the various inanimate objects. You are that Benevolent Witnessing Entity, and everything is unfolding within Your mind.

Baba, in my mind when I see You then I feel so close and loving. I go on thinking about Your magnanimity and vastness, as Controller of this entire, vast universe...

Notes for Prabhat Samgiita #2671:

[1] Cosmic Citta: This entire universe is His thought projection.

Ananda Marga ideology says, "We may say that universe is the manifestation of the Cosmic Citta, born out of psychic vibrations. All the tanma'tras of sound, touch, form, taste and smell that are composed of different kinds of vibrational currents resulting from the gradually crudifying expressions of the Cosmic Consciousness under the influence of the static principle of Prakrti. They are the analytic expressions of those universal rhythms or vibrations. Thus the visible world is created through the gradual crudifications of His thought-projection. The thought-waves, metamorphosing from subtle to the crude manifestations and then, on their way back to their nuclear origin from the crude to the subtle, assuming the mentally developed human form, are indeed guiding the thought-wave cycles towards their ultimate fulfillment. Since the world is His thought-projection, it may be said that this visible world is only His act of thinking and abides only in His imagination. Due to the vibration of Cosmic Citta these variegated forms have blossomed forth through newer and newer thoughts, forms and waves, following one another in succession." (1)

[2] Supreme Witnessing Entity: The Divine Entity that bear witness to everything in this entire cosmos.

Ananda Marga ideology guides us, "He is witnessing everyone and everything. Whatever is being created is a different stage of creation. He is the subject and all other entities are His objects. He is the Witnessing Entity because He is the Supreme controller." (2)

[3] Equal Love and Affection for All: Parama Purusa looks upon all with equal love and affection.

Sama plus'in'a' sa'ma mashakena
Sama na'gena sama ebhistribhih lakaeh

Ananda Marga ideology states, "He looks upon a tiny white ant with as much love and affection as on a mosquito. Nor does He think of a large mammoth more than other entities, for a mammoth has a mind just as an ant has. So He thinks equally of all: He thinks of a white ant or a mosquito with the same seriousness as of a mammoth or an elephant, and He attaches same importance to each individual creature as to all the three worlds." Reason why bhaktas are fearless

Ananda Marga ideology says, “Parama Puruśa, the Supreme Entity, the Supreme Lord, He loves His devotees very much. He can do anything and everything for His devotees, and actually He does. A devotee should always be fearless, because Parama Puruśa is always ready to do anything and everything for him." (1)

Already late today – more time for sádhaná tomorrow

Ananda Marga ideology states, "It has been said earlier that the grace of Parama Puruśa is only showered on devotees. His grace is all that matters. It is true that the people of knowledge (jiṋániis) and the people of action (karmiis) may labour harder, but it is the devotees (bhaktas) alone who attain Parama Puruśa. There are two major obstacles on the path of knowledge: lethargy and vanity. A vain person remains far away from Parama Puruśa. Of all the different types of lethargy, spiritual lethargy is the worst. Spiritual lethargy means not to sit for meditation regularly. Those with spiritual lethargy have time for all other actions, but for spiritual practice there seems to be no time. They say, “It's already late today – I'll do a short meditation right now, and devote more time to sádhaná tomorrow.” They sit attentively inside the cinema hall, but in dharma sádhaná they feel sleepy."
