== DELIRIUM OF DISEASED JINANI #3==

Namaskar.
We all know that we all come from Parampurush and return back to Him only, through the long journey of cosmic cycle and the phases of sanchar and pritisanchar.

Maeyav sakalam' ja'tam' mayi sarvam' pritisthitam';
Mayi sarvam' layam' ya'ti tad brahma'dvayamasmyaham.

In this long journey, the operative principle i.e. prakrati takes care of our every movement up to the stage below human form. As soon as human form is attained ( which is relatively more developed stage than other creatures ) it develops its own existential feeling to work independently with its ego. The operative prakrati still helps them to march ahead utilizing vidya and avidya powers of it in a rational way. The nature of vidya tends towards spirituality and the vidya towards physical materialistic property. Due to materialistic attraction of avidya some people are deviated from the righteous path and think it to be their final goal. After a long time when they do not get perpetual happiness in it they feel repentant . So according to the rule " ya'drashi bhavna' yasya siddhirbhavati ta'drashi" they get degenerated towards negative pratisanchar .

The human form is attained crossing 75 per cent of the cosmic cycle in clockwise direction and rest of the 25 per cent can be covered with the rational use of vidya and avidya power of prakrati i.e. by dint of sadhana but influenced by avidya the materialistic mentality prevents many of us and compels  to follow anticlockwise movement of cosmic cycle and they march opposite to the already crossed 75  per cent way ( negative pratisanchar).

Thus there are two ways to attain parampurush  ( 1) With the centripetal force using vidya and avidya in a rational way and doing sadhana and (2) with a centrifugal force using only avidya . In first case, people develop personal and intimate relation with parampurush and proceed ahead with happiness. In second case, people develop enemy relation with parampurush out of pride and follow the negative pratisanchar. King Kamnsa and Ravana are examples who tried to attain parampurush treating Him as their enemy.

Rev. Baba says, the second way is torturous and is condemned by the people ages together hence should not be followed by any one.

As far as brother Nandiji's letters are concerned they convey following two messages:-

  (1) He is trying to understand AnandaMarga philosophy but due to  lacking in proper guidance and knowledge , feels defects in the philosophical terms which he is unable to understand.
 (2) He treats himself to be all knowing intelligent person and can test every other knowledge of the world to certify which is right or wrong .And in this way entertaining himself criticizing others .

      - If above point no.1 is correct then we have sympathy with him and can try our level best to convince and explain every philosophical term he needs. It is the important trait of human mind to learn from defects. This will certainly lead him towards true knowledge, righteousness and bliss.

     - if above point no. 2 is correct then there is no doubt that he has gone mad or is a great fool  of the world. He should know that we do not afraid of criticism at any level because we have proper explanation of  each of his doubt and we will never leave the path of bliss due to fear of criticism.
The scriptures say :-
"Nindantu niitinipun'ah stuvantu va', laxmi a'gachhatu gachhatu va yathestam,
Adyaiv maranmastu yugantare va, nyayat pathi pravichlanti na dhiirah.

Subject: [BabasDream] “Bábá: “Supreme Father”, the affectionate name given to Shrii Shrii Ánandamúrtijii by his disciples”

Namaskar

“Bábá: “Supreme Father”, the affectionate name given to Shrii Shrii Ánandamúrtijii by his disciples” (1)

If we look at above sentence (see reference below), what does it looks like?

Baba means Supreme Father
Baba is  the affectionate name given to Shrii Shrii Ánandamúrtijii by his disciples
So Supreme Father is the affectionate name given to Shrii Shrii Ánandamúrtijii by his disciples. So Supreme Father is the affectionate name given to Shrii Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar by his disciples.

Who is Shrii Shrii Ánandamúrtijii?
Shrii Shrii Ánandamúrtijii ( aka Shrii Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar) is the founder of global spiritual organization called Ananda Marga.

So it means Shrii Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar is Supreme Father
So it means Shrii Shrii Ánandamúrtijii is Supreme Father
So it means another name of Shrii Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar is Supreme Father
So it means another name of Shrii Shrii Ánandamúrtijii is Supreme Father

(minus infinity)……Ha ha ha laughing …..(plus infinity)

Who do you want to be blamed? Shall one blame the irrational devotees of Shrii Shrii Ánandamúrtijii who has given such irrational name (rather impossible)? Should ones give a person (even if the person is very brilliant) a name ‘Supreme Father’? Or is it the attempts of the Ananda Marga organization to speculate their guru? Or is it the fault of the publication department? Or is it the desire of their guru to be called as Supreme Father?

I, Manas Nandi, will become tired to find many faults of Ananda Marga Organization. Will somebody help in this vast work of fault finding? Ha ha ha

Namaskar.

My views on above letter are as under:-

1-  I have third edition of "idea and ideology" which contains 11 chapters. The text lines/ para from which above three conclusions have been extracted could not be found in any chapter of this edition. Therefore there can not be a direct blame that this book is misleading towards  controversial conclusions.

2-  The writer, (Dada Vedaprajinananda) of the article on:  http://www.anandamarga.org/articles/brahmacakra.htm

has explained the creation of this universe under his own understanding. He has expressed his views treating pure consciousness, prakrati and creation to be different three things. It is the main reason which leads the reader to contradict conclusion. The other important point is the use of word "modification". Every one knows that modification is needed to the entity which is incomplete. Pure consciousness is complete in all respects hence requires no modification yet the writer has mentioned it which is not agreeable.

3- Rev. Baba has very scientifically and exclusively explained this theory in His book "Idea and Ideology".  If we go through the book it is clearly understood  that if there is any existence , it is of non-qualified Brahma ( i.e. nirvikar or nirgun Brahma). Prakrati having threefold nature is His inherent operative principle. In nirvikar state this operative principle remains in dormant stage. Prakrati and purush though dual in theory are singular in spirit like two sides of one coin. The three binding forces of prakrati are belligerent in nature and try to dominate over each other and in such trial when they come in imbalanced state the operative principle experiences kinetics and due to this purush ( i.e. cognitive principle) experiences His existence . In this way the cognitive  principle comes in qualified state i.e. savikar or sagun state and the cosmic mind begins to function with a desire to become many from one. This is just like awakening from a deep sleep.

4- The cosmic mind thus imagines and vibrates  infinite waves of various wave lengths and the operative principle immediately gives  shape to them. This is like infinite small pieces of simple mirror  put before purush in various angled pattern . The same transcendental cognitive purush is reflected by such mirror like wave pattern  and we see it to be this vast universe in which our earth and it's inhabitants , moon and various planets , solar system/s, galaxies black holes ,dark matter , space , time etc exist. So each and every visible object of this universe is nothing but a ocean of waves. It is clear that the singular cognitive principle is being reflected in the wave patterns and is acting as a witnessing entity only. This implies that this vast universe is nothing but the the thought wave of purush and will remain existent till His thought wave is alive. This is also evident that being a thought wave of cosmic mind it is in side His mind and there is nothing out side it, so there is no scope to treat purush, prakrati and creation to be separate three existences.

5- In the light of this discussion the above quoted self contradictory conclusions automatically lose their existence.

Respectfully,
Dr. T.R. Sukul

Here below is what Nandiji wrote:

Is Consciousness modifiable? Or Is Consciousness unmodifiable?

Namaskar
Dear Brothers and Sisters

“If the Consciousness does not give the Operative Principle a chance to work, then the pure Consciousness remains without any modification.”

Conclusion#1 :- It implies that the pure Consciousness is modifiable.

“If the operative principle is given a chance to act, it works according to three fundamental modes. That is Prakrti creates differences in this world by modifying the original pure consciousness in three distinctive ways. These three fundamental styles of action are known as gunas in Sanskrit, a term which literally means "binding quality".”

Conclusion#2 :- It implies that Prakrti modifies the original pure consciousness in three distinctive ways. Further it implies that the pure Consciousness is modifiable.

 “Just what exactly is Consciousness?
First of all Consciousness performs the act of witnessing all events of the universe. It is like a chandelier hanging in a room from the ceiling; many different actions take place under the witnessing light bulb, but the light bulb itself does not undergo change or participate directly in the action it witnesses. It provides the light which makes all the activities possible and "observes" all the activities. It is the "cognitive faculty."”

Conclusion#3 :- It implies that the consciousness  performs the act of witnessing all events of the universe. It means the Consciousness is unmodifiable.

SO ACCORDING TO CONCLUSION#1&2, PURE CONSCIOUSNESS IS MODIFIABLE. WHILE ACORDING TO CONCLUSION#3, CONSCIOUNESS IS WITNESSING FACULTY AND UNMODIFIABLE. THIS IS CONTRADICTING THE PREVIOUS CONCLUSIONS.

SO AGAIN WE HAVE FOUND A BIG FAULT IN SHRII SHRII ANANDAMURTIJI’S IDEA AND IDEOLOGY.

Namaskar.

In my opinion, while trying to understand any theory it is desirable to grasp fundamental conceptual definitions related to it otherwise one may draw incorrect conclusion like above letter of respected brother Manas Nandi.

Most humbly and respectfully I would like all brothers and sisters interested to know Philosophy of Anandamarga,   to consider following conceptual terms of modern science and spiritual science, before going deep in side it.The book "idea and ideology "  as well as "Anand sutram". and many more, written by Rev. Gurudeva Baba Anandamurtiji are the most precious jewels of this philosophy and are flawless . If one feels otherwise it is not their defect but of our own understanding and explanation.

1-   Modern science says :-

 (A) This universe / cosmos  was created with a big bang about 13.7 billion years ago in
10-37  seconds . Having diameter of 93 billion light years it contains 3 to 100x 1022   stars distributed in 80 billion galaxies.  After  1040  years, black wholes, which swallow not only the galaxies but photon even, will dominate the universe. A black hole of mass equal to our sun will vanish in around    2×1066  years and a super massive black hole  of 1011 100 billion)  solar masses will evaporate in around 2x10 99  years.

--- Now, you imagine such a large time and dimensions of space, can they be regarded as infinite?

   (B)   Scientists are silent to say about , who created this cosmos and what will happen after the last black hole is vanished. They are also confused to define space, time , mass and gravity . The unit of time i.e. 1 second , has been accepted  as the duration of 9,192,631,770   vibrations, created by cesium (Cs) atom. Defining time they only say that it is the interval between two events.

--- Imagine this frequency in mind  which enables us to measure time as less as
  1/ 9,192,631,770 of a second ?

  (C)     The mathematical quantity known as infinity has been accepted as limitless quantity which is unaffected by any of the mathematical operation i.e. division, multiplication, addition or subtraction.

----  Is it not a wonderful quantity?

2- Anandamarga philosophy says:-

(A) One transcendental entity, known in Sanskrit as Brahma( ब्रह्म ) or pure cosmic consciousness created this universe along with space and time, as the numerous thought waves in His cosmic mind. The whole cosmos and its varieties are the ocean of thought wave patterns of different wave lengths. Obviously they all reside in side the cosmic mind and there is nothing named as "out side." All the entities of the cosmos are imaginary to cosmic mind . As their existence is relative to cosmic mind  they  mutually feel as real. The cosmos ( known as chitta of Sagun Brahma in Sanskrit) is bound in space and time and is passing through the cosmic cycle of creation, preservation and destruction. The duty of Sagun Brahma is to provide the opportunities to each and every created entity to get liberation from this relativity of time and space maintaining the process of cosmic cycle. It is obvious that the Sagun Brahma is 'mukta purush' but can not get supreme state of pure consciousness until each and every created entity of the cosmos is liberated.

(B) Time is the mental measurement of motivity of action. It is not an integral whole but is a continuous flow of discrete intervals.

(C) Person is the entity receiving this motivity of action with the help of mind.

(D) Space is the entity which establishes relation between person and time.

(E) Cosmos is the done I feeling of cosmic mind.

(F) Sagun Brahma is the doer I feeling of cosmic mind.

(G) Cosmic Mind is the existential feeling of cosmic consciousness.

(H) Tarak Brahma is a philosophical idea. Those great souls, who were bound by time  and space and their reactive momenta some time , have liberated themselves by dint of their high grade spiritual practice but continue to maintain their physical bodies at their own sweet will out of their extreme compassion , for the sake guiding  others to the supreme fulfillment .  They leave this earth as soon as they complete their 'samkalp'.

(I) Infinite and immortal is only the pure consciousness and none else.

Now, let us consider the arguments raised by respected Manas Nandiji.

1- While drawing conclusion( rather confusion) no.1, he has relied upon the term "infinite time" which is absurd as, time may be extremely large but can not be infinite. Extremely large values of time have been illustrated with the scientific terms in point no. 1A,  above whose vastness can be realized in mind by any one . Keeping definition of time in mind  ( pt 1B and 2B) it is easy to understand that time is a mental measurement of motivity of action and both , mind and motivity of action are bound by the relativistic factor "space" hence is subject to vanish. It is therefore clear that the concept of infinite time  has no existence and the entity bound by time is subject to vanish. As Sagun Brahma's duty is to provide opportunities to liberate the created beings so, he will not be liberated  until each atom or unit being of the cosmos is not liberated. This may take large... large , time but it has an end. Therefore "the conclusion 1" of the above letter is baseless and wrong.

2- Conclusion 2, is completely dependent on conclusion 1, and as, conclusion 1 is refuted above so this conclusion 2, automatically looses its existence.

3-  Conclusion 3 also suffers the same defect and is based on conclusion 1 and 2. The logic of more than one infinity he applied can be refuted easily when we contemplate over the definitions of sagun and nirgun brahma along with the mathematical quantity named infinity. Any mathematical operation like addition , subtraction, division, or multiplication  are not effective on infinity. Therefore dividing one transcendental infinite cosmic pure consciousness in to two or more is not possible. In any of the operation , the infinite cosmic consciousness remains the infinite one. Therefore question of two infinities does not arise.

4- Conclusion 4, is the out come of conclusion 3 but conclusion 3 has no existence and is refuted above therefore this is also  false. The letter writer may remove his confusion regarding tarak brahma if he really contemplates the definition of tarak brahma given above.

5- Conclusion 5 is also false as it is extract of all the four false conclusions stated above. Other ideas expressed by the writer are also ridiculous in the light of above discussion and definitions of the philosophical and scientific terms.

Regarding tarak brahma it is worth mentioning here that He is liberated one and helps others to get liberation and thus also helps sagun brahma as this is the basic duty of sagun brahma. Therefore it is correct to say that He acts as a bridge between sagun and nirgun brahma. Since nirgun has no form and can not be seen by the eyes, but tarak brahma is one to whom we have seen and know intimately by his works & thoughts so He can be contemplated and meditated where as nirgun is not. The intellectual works, scientific, rational and logical thoughts & teachings as  how to implement them into practice along with his love & compassion to His followers unambiguously prove that  Rev. Gurudeva, Baba Anandamurtiji is Tarak Brahma as are Lord Krashna and Lord Shiva.

" The writer has referred some websites in his letter like

should pay attention to their articles and review them in the light of correct  philosophy of Ananda Marga." otherwise people will be misguided by such people who draw incorrect conclusions due to improper knowledge and become confused and also confuse others.

Respectfully,
Dr. T. R. Sukul

Note 1: About Loka Vya'moha Karaka

"People formulated many such theories in the past and are still doing so even today. Such hypocrites want to misguide the people by their tall talks alone... “Loka Vyámoha Káraka.” That is, “They create disease in the minds of the people.” Their aim is not to solve society’s problems. Rather, they are the chief cause for the downfall, retardation and sad plight of human society. The present crisis in today’s civilization is due to them. Their theories are based on the psychology and intellectual extravaganza of the hypocrite. You will certainly encounter many such theories in the social sphere, the economic sphere, and other spheres of life. This is not the problem of a single country, but of the entire intellectual world. Again I repeat that the crisis in civilization today is due to the intellectual extravaganza of these hypocrites, these polished satans." (AFPS-6, Theory and Practice)

== Section 2 ==

The section below demarcated by asterisks is an entirely different topic,
completely unrelated to the above material. It stands on its own as a point of interest.

************************************************************
Closing Their Eyes And Plugging Their Ears,

They Try To Cling To Their Own Irrational Rituals

"The structure of the mind is determined by the nature of its object. If the psychic object is crude, the inter-atomic gaps within the mind decrease in size, and the mind will ultimately refuse to accept anything except its own crude object. For this reason the supporters of crude isms become incapable of accepting the rational ideas of others, and closing their eyes and plugging their ears, they try to cling to their own irrational rituals. Their psychic receptivity is lost due to the superimposition of crude ideation. They do not feel the need for the Vidyá force to exceed the Avidyá force. They say, “Why should I bother about such subtle things. I am quite happy as I am.” Such people, engrossed as they are with materialism, are bound to be reborn in crude material bodies." (AMIWL-8, Cosmic Attraction and Spiritual Cult)

Note: This guideline and critique is directly aimed at the lesbian, gay, and bi-sexual community and the sexual culture of materialism that indulges in sex for sex sake. Such persons live like animals - plunged in degrading propensities. Although they are in human form they are following animal dharma. Their future is not bright. Such an existence is not befitting a human being. Human longing is infinite - instead of indulgine in degrading, finite pleasures, one must contemplate the great. So one is to adopt an ideal human life goading the mind towards Parama Purusa. That is manava dharma, or human dharma.

प्रभात सँगीत 472  Tumi amare cao na iha’ jani

~  I Have Come On This Earth To Fulfil Your Desire ~

PS Intro: The following four terms are important for understanding this Prabhat Samgiita composition.

[1] Karun’a’: This is when one is pained by seeing another’s suffering and feels, "I should help them get rid from the trouble they are facing." This type of empathetic feeling is karun’a’. For example, suppose you saw one beggar who is suffering. By seeing his pitiful situation then you felt in your heart that "I should help him and remove his suffering – he should get some help right away." This very feeling of the heart towards that suffering beggar is the expression of karuna’.

Suppose a bhakta is suffering in the spiritual realm because of so many problems and difficulties, and they are unable to move ahead in sadhana and devotional life. In such circumstances, Parama Purusa cannot bear to watch His bhaktas go through so much struggle and strife. When devotees are helpless and trying hard to progress in sadhana but their pathway is completely obstructed and they cannot advance in the spiritual sphere or any sphere of life – overcome by various complexes, bondages, and obstacles – then a feeling of deep, deep empathy develops in the mind of Parama Purusa.

This feeling or mind-set, motivated by seeing their suffering, is karun’a’ bha’va. Parama Purusa feels He must rescue them immediately from their spiritual retardation. In that moment, the help He gives to the devotee is the showering of His karun’a’. With His immense feeling of karun’a’, He blesses His devotees and relieves them of their pain and suffering in their devotional life. This is nothing but His divine karun’a’: Wherein Parama Purus’a cares for the devotees and removes their troubles and hindrances so that once again they can move ahead on the path of sadhana. That is the meaning of karun’a’.

[2] Ma'n: This means ego and is one of the eight fetters. "The aśt́a pásha [eight fetters]: ghrńá [hatred], shauṋká [doubt], bhaya [fear], lajjá [shyness], jugupśa [dissemblance], kula [vanity of lineage], shiila [cultural superiority complex] and mána [egotism]. These eight fetters are created by the static state of mind." (PNS-4)

[3] "Pratiśt́há – the desire to make oneself known. A person influenced by [the desire for] pratiśt́há expects respect from everyone, and hankers after name and fame. This mental state can be easily compared with the mental condition of a beggar. The beggar asks money from others, while the person craving for prestige begs others to give him or her respect. [The person desires something that] is really meaningless and possesses no value, something that has been fitly compared to the excrement of a pig." (AV-23, Safeguards against the Defects of Jiṋána and Karma)

[4] Iiśt́a niśt́há: "When people are established in devotion, they attain a state called “iiśt́a niśt́ha” – devotion for one’s goal. In that stage there is but one dominant thought: “Whatever I do, be it social, political or socio-economic service, the motivating thought in my mind will be to please Parama Puruśa”." (AV-8, Please Parama Puruśa through Your Service)

"Esechi toma'r iccha' mato calite,
A'ma'r jiivan-pan' a'ma'r ban'ca'-maran' toma'ri a'loy udbha'site" (PS 2020)

Purport:

O' Parama Purusa, Baba, I have come here on this earth to move according to Your desire. O' my Lord, please grace me so I may illumine my small to big endeavours, my happiness and sadness, my trivial to important actions, my everything from beginning to end of the life, with Your divine effulgence.

Baba, I have come here to move according to Your tenets, wish, and guideline. I have come  in this world to dance according to Your rhythm. From the dawn to dusk of my life, O' Lord, there is not enough nor sufficient time to complete Your task. Have karuna on me so that the work You have entrusted to me - I can fulfil and complete all the duties & responsibilities during this lifetime.

Baba, I have come here on this earth to obey Your command. I do not want any wealth, ma'n, & I do not want pratiśt́há. Please bestow iiśt́a niśt́há on me, so that I can complete / fulfil  all Your work - with the strength of Your blessings. I have come here in this world to fulfil Your wishes - and dance according to Your direction. Baba, please keep me at Your lotus feet...

Be Careful When Seated In Buffalo Cart

"Though it is somewhat off the subject, it is worth pointing out that the buffalo came under man's control a few thousand years after the cow was domesticated. The pure bison variety of buffalo is resistant to domestication, but the water buffalo, because of its lack of speed, has accepted man's dominion for the sake of self-preservation. Since fondness for water is inherent in this variety of bison, their original instinctive tendencies awaken if they see water nearby. In the burning heat of summer, cart-pulling buffalo also will forget their sense of responsibility and take a dip, cart and all, if they see a pond – such happenings are not rare." Medical Warning About Gay Dirty Habit

MEDICAL WARNING ABOUT GAY:

DIRTY HABIT

Namaskar,
There is a new name for gay men. They are now referred to as MSM, i.e. men who have sex with men (MSM). These MSMs are dying untimely deaths due to disease etc. - All youths should be warned about this so they can avoid such a miserable downfall.

HIV in the United States: At A Glance

Courtesy: CDC Report

Fast Facts

- More than 1.1 million people in the United States are living with HIV infection, and almost 1 in 6 (15.8%) are unaware of their infection.

- Gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (MSM), particularly young black/African American MSM, are most seriously affected by HIV.

- CDC estimates that 1,144,500 persons aged 13 years and older are living with HIV infection, including 180,900 (15.8%) who are unaware of their infection1. Over the past decade, the number of people living with HIV has increased, while the annual number of new HIV infections has remained relatively stable. Still, the pace of new infections continues at far too high a level— particularly among certain groups.

- HIV Incidence (new infections): The estimated incidence of HIV has remained stable overall in recent years, at about 50,000 new HIV infections per year2. Within the overall estimates, however, some groups are affected more than others. MSM continue to bear the greatest burden of HIV infection, and among races/ethnicities, African Americans continue to be disproportionately affected.

By Risk Group

Gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (MSM) of all races and ethnicities remain the population most profoundly affected by HIV.

In 2010, the estimated number of new HIV infections among MSM was 29,800, a significant 12% increase from the 26,700 new infections among MSM in 20082.

Although MSM represent about 4% of the male population in the United States, in 2010, MSM accounted for 78% of new HIV infections among males and 63% of all new infections. MSM accounted for 52% of all people living with HIV infection in 2009, the most recent year these data are available.

In 2010, white MSM continued to account for the largest number of new HIV infections (11,200), by transmission category, followed closely by black MSM (10,600).

The estimated number of new HIV infections was greatest among MSM in the youngest age group. In 2010, the greatest number of new HIV infections (4,800) among MSM occurred in young black/African American MSM aged 13–24. Young black MSM accounted for 45% of new HIV infections among black MSM and 55% of new HIV infections among young MSM overall2.

Since the epidemic began, an estimated 302,148 MSM with an AIDS diagnosis have died, including an estimated 5,909 in 2010.

completely unrelated to the above material. It stands on its own as a point of interest.

Out Of Ignorance

"When the ancient people were faced with immense obstacles, they would perform sacrificial ceremonies for the propitiation of the gods, for they were not acquainted with the scientific methods to surmount those obstacles. They thought that there was no difference between the smoke produced by burning ghee in fire and the clouds in the sky. They were unaware that the former is composed of unburnt carbon-particles of ghee and the latter are basically a combination of hydrogen and oxygen which appears to be blackish under certain circumstances. Even today if people misuse ghee by burning it in a sacrificial fire, they certainly do it out of total ignorance." (AMIWL-8, Struggle and Progress)

~ Baba, You Have Decorated All With Various Colours ~

"Raung-be-raunge saba're sa'ja'yecho..." (PS 388)

Purport:

Baba, You have decorated all with various colours. You have bedecked all according to Your choice. You have created the red colour with Your mental colour, and You have given blue to the distant sky. You have given green-ness to the trees and creepers. You have filled minds with green beauty. You have infused sweetness in the human mind. You have filled the human mind with love, affection, and sacrifice. With the stroke of Your brush You have brought humans very close to Parama Purusa...

Example of Bad Work

EXAMPLE OF BAD WORK

Namaskar,
On the path of tantra, we must maintain the sanctity of Guru’s photo. On this matter, there must not be any compromise. That is the mandate as per Caryacarya.

“You shall protect, in all respects and at all costs, the dignity of your treasures and the sanctity of your flag, of your emblem, and of the pratikrti [photo] of Márga Guru.” (Caryacarya, Part 1, Treasures of Ananda Marga)

So Guru’s photo is to be safeguarded and protected in all conditions and circumstances – without fail. On this matter, every disciples of Lord Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji must be very strict.

LOOK WHAT RECENTLY HAPPENED

See this below recent newspaper article about Ananda Purnima. Sadguru Baba’s photo was published along with an article about Him. This is not the first time this has happened. Now it is our duty to abide by Guru’s guidelines and be strict on this matter and right the course. That is our dharmic duty. Otherwise this dirty and sinful approach will be handed down to the next generation(s).

IT IS A DOUBLE SIN:

PUBLICLY DISPLAYED AND SLOPPY WAY PHOTO IS PRINTED

For bhaktas, Baba's photo is beautiful. Yet those who printed this photo did so in a sloppy and gross manner. Thus it is a double loss. Firstly the Baba's photo should not be publicly displayed. And secondly, they have warped the photo in such a way that Baba's face is distorted. Nobody smiles in this manner unless they have had facial reconstructive surgery or some related medical issue. This is not Baba's smile. Any true devotee can easily recognise this. They have distorted and manipulated this image. That is why it is a double tragedy, as just explained. Here is a call for action that we should educate others so this type of heinous blunder, and double sin, is not repeated. Baba's photo is beautiful and the sanctity must be maintained. The image should not be distorted nor publicly displayed

HIS DISCOURSES CAN BE PUBLISHED IN THE NEWSPAPER

BUT NOT HIS PHOTO

There are various newspapers and periodicals in India and around the globe that wish to print news about Ananda Marga, and, on occasion, Baba’s discourses as well; and we should support this endeavour. It is fine for our Ananda Marga schools and service projects etc to be printed in a newspaper. And no doubt, as time advances, there will be more and more requests.

The critical factor, however, is that Baba’s photo must not be printed in the newspaper along with news about Ananda Marga. We must never allow this. This is entirely wrong and we should never allow or permit such things in the future.

Why? Because newspapers get tossed on the ground, left on the train, or placed in the garbage bin etc. Plus, food gets spilled on them, dogs urinated on them, and so forth.

So we must never allow Baba’s photo to be printed in the newspaper because His photo will not be given due reverence.

“You shall protect, in all respects and at all costs, the dignity of your treasures and the sanctity of your flag, of your emblem, and of the pratikrti [photo] of Márga Guru.” (Caryacarya, Part 1, Treasures of Ananda Marga)

Namaskar,
In Him,
Sudarshan
