B group copied from Islam

BABA
B group copied from Islam
Namaskar,
It is well-known that the founders of MPD dogma treat their so-called mahaprayan program in Tiljala as a yearly shraddha ceremony, or annual death day program.
The same Islamic dogma of "yearly shraddha" - observing the death of a human being year after year - has been named shraddhainjali and it is going on in the form of mahaprayan divas (MPD).
Each year, on so-called mahaprayan day food is served and gifts are given to the poor. Just like in the dogmatic Islamic shraddha ceremonies for deceased human beings.
Similarity between AMPS Mahaprayana and Islamic Mahaprayana (Urs)
Please pay attention to the Islamic holy tomb. There is a central decorated building, and inside that the tomb is there. It is obvious, there is so much crowd, so there is no room to go inside. So the followers are sitting and paying their homage to the deceased religious leader. Pay attention to how the crowd is gathered, and they are doing their ritual. Such similar things happen in Tiljala also, which are displayed in the second photo. In Islam this annual death ceremony is called “Urs”. But in our Bengal, it is called “Mahaprayan”. But the basic things are similar.
Above, the Islamic followers are sitting encircling the tomb and paying their homage to the deceased religious leader.
Indeed, this is the common Islamic dogmatic platform in India. Each year, the shraddhanjli or Urs of deceased leaders is performed. Dogmatic Islamics garland their tomb, offer food to the poor, and distribute clothing.
Since 1990, this same dogma has been going on in Ananda Marga in the form of the so-called mahaprayan occasion. Thus the so-called mahaprayan program in Kolkata mirrors Islamic dogma; plus so-called mahaprayan is openly observed as a type of mourning / sad ceremony.
Whereas in Ananda Marga, our annual festivals are marked by joy & celebration. No annual festival in our Ananda Marga is based on sorrow.
Ananda Marga philosophy states, "You may participate in all sorts of festivals which are blissful and free from defect." (Caryacarya - 2, Society chapter, point 35)
Mahaprayan program is just similar to Islamic dogma
Yet the "founders" of so-called mahaprayan have described the dogmatic MPD program as sad and solemn. By their description it is clear that they just copied the Islamic dogma of annual shraddha or Urs by doing mass feeding and distributing clothes etc.
Below is an excerpt from some of their emails that displays their way of describing the so-called mahaprayan gathering.
"The Solemn Observation...With tears in eyes and hearts full of His memories...The anniversary of Mahaprayan of Shrii Shrii Anandamurtijii has been solemnly observed today...where His mortal remains were cremated...Central and global workers first went to His quarters to garland His Pratikrti and did Gurupuja in that vibrating room. Led by Ac. Kinshuk Ranjan Sarkar, all came to Baba's memorial ...There was mass feeding of more than a thousand poor people and about 500 persons were given new clothes...Exactly at 3.30 pm, the Maha Kiirtan.”
Over the years, this is the way or style that B group PRS has announced the gathering. And still this is going on.
This same course of events happens in all the dogmatic Urs programs across India. So MPD is not some glorious thing invented by certain Dadas, rather the so-called mahaprayan program is just the prevailing dogma that is common in all of India. Baba Himself condemns such antics.
Thus from top to bottom - the "solemnity" and sadness to food distribution etc - the whole so-called mahaprayan agenda is painted in the colour of the dogmatic Islamic shraddha ceremony. For that reason and more, mahaprayan is just one dogma.
See what is going on here
Similar to Islamic dogma, here also followers of dogma are sitting encircling the holy tomb and paying their homage and observing the annual death ceremony, like the previous image you saw, the way Islamic followers were doing. There also you saw, in the centre there was a tomb, and the followers were paying their homage, gathering all around the tomb. That Islamic annual death ceremony is called Urs, and here in our AMPS we call it Mahaprayana. It is just a translation of the same term. Islamic Mahaprayana is more than several centuries old. But AMPS Mahaprayana is a recent phenomenon. So it is obvious that our dada Sarvatmananda borrowed it from Islam. Here below, our dadas are encircling the tomb and observing the solemn annual death day commemoration which is 100% against the pre-1990 Caryacara.

Ananda Marga philosophy states, "You may participate in all sorts of festivals which are blissful and free from defect." (Caryacarya - 2, Society chapter, point 35)
Our brothers and sisters do just the opposite of what Baba has ordered
The worse of the worst is, all-pervading, ever-present Sadguru is treated as a mortal human being. And the degeneration does not end there. For mortal human beings, Baba has made the system that there will not be any annual death ceremony. Sadly here, some of our confused brothers and sisters, they do just the opposite of what Baba has ordered. Look-- they are doing annual death ceremony, year after year. Which is doubly sinful. In consequence, in AMPS things are in chaos and disarray. That is what happens when you go directly against Bhagavata Dharma. Then you invite a big catastrophe. And that is what is happening today in AMPS.
