AMPS towards extinction

Namaskar,

Here are some critical points for consideration concerning the overall well-being of our AMPS:

(A) At present, there is not any emphasis on the creation of new Wts. So we are in serious Wt deficit. Sadly, each year numerous Wts die or leave their acaryaship etc, while almost no new Wts are created. This is wholly unsustainable.

(B) As our senior Wts die, we lack the numbers to put new Wts in those posts. The end result is that outside squatters are occupying more and more of our AMPS buildings and properties.

(C) Yet now those in power are intoxicated with the idea of acquiring more lands and buildings, however we utterly lack the personnel / Wts to oversee those acquisitions. Here is the one of the latest land projects==> https://youtu.be/XGBh7YXvlJA

(D) All in all this infatuation with lands and buildings is a foolhardy and ultimately self-defeating approach.

(E) Ours is a man-making mission. That should be our first and foremost concern: the creation of dharmikas / Wts.
