Sensitive material: not for all

Baba

Sensitive material: not for all
-
Two filthy sisters attack one margii

Note: This letter is only for those who have reverence for Guru and try to follow His guideline.

Namaskar,

Jyoshna and her gay lover named Kavita decided to launch their first assault.
They sent a threatening email to my facebook account.
I have sent you a copy of that email. (Note: That email is filthy - like language used at a raunchy gay night club gathering after drinking.)

If you don't mind, i would like to share a few opinions about this:

Baba said there are 3 kinds of sins, and the worst kind of sin is the one that is of a reoccurring nature.
If i try to think of who are 4 of the worst people on the planet, i would think of Maetreya, Jyoshna, and her gay lover Kavita.

Maetreya is responsible for the whole ASM splinter group.
And Jyoshna/Kavita are responsible for the whole lesbian perverted Pseudoculture splinter group.
We probably could include the late Dada Pranakrsnananda in that group.
He was the one to perform the first animalistic gay marriage.
But now the dirty mission he started is being carried on by Jyoshna and Kavita.
I could probably mention a few others who a key figures in propagating this new perverted pseudoculture ideology.
In particular there is a brother Omkarnath from Finland.
Anyhow the point is, it is one thing to do the type of sin which is of a recurring nature, but it is another thing when that sin of a recurring nature is a direct attack on Baba's beloved organization.
I do not admire the type of samskaras they will experience in the future for committing these kinds of tamasika acts.

The whole lesbian perverted pseudo-culture movement's ideology in a nutshell. Basically their dirty ideology rests on 3 false points.

1. Lesbian propaganda: Homosexuality is not pseudoculture. To them the word pseudoculture only refers to pornography and prostitution. To them, homosexuality is something normal and natural. One of their key mantras they repeat in their minds is, "Baba said told the gay man who came for PC that being gay was natural."

2. Lesbian propaganda: There is a discourse where Baba talks about "Hladini Shakti", which is a force of nature Parama Purusa uses in the creation of hermaphrodite. A hermaphrodite is an extremely rare case where a person may be born with both male and female sexual organs. The logic they use is that this Hladini Shakti is also responsible for the creation of people who were also supposedly "born gay."

3. Lesbian propaganda: Accepting homosexuality is part of Neohumanism. Anybody who thinks that homosexuality is not normal and natural is a hateful person. Another name for this type of propaganda tactic is also known as "playing the victim card."

These are the 3 main points of grotesque argument that they use.
And with these 3 points they travel around the world, trying to pull people into their sinful cause.
They have chosen me to make their first attack against, since i was one of the few people who dared to speak out against their filty deeds on Facebook in support of Ananda Marga.
They are calling me a liar for saying that homosexuality is a type of dirty & pseudoculture. (in not such nice words)

Sincerely,
at Baba's feet
Brother Rasaviharii

(Note: That email is filthy - like language used at a raunchy gay night club gathering after drinking. It is so filthy no civilised person uses those terms. That is why we did not included it in this email. But here it is for those who wish to see...

Dada terrified by gay elements

Namaskar,

This incident is related with one margii from the US who, in the past, had been involved in gay relations. When he went for dharma samiiksa and reached before Baba, then Sadguru Baba pointed out the wrongdoing and gave him a token punishment for his wrongdoing. Immediately, the sadhaka felt a great sense of relief as he was feeling repentant for his bad dealings. So when Baba graciously blessed him with atonement and requited his sin, a huge burden was removed from his psyche, by the unfathomable grace of Baba.
https://anandamarganewsbulletin.blogspot.com/

This scene was documented by one of our very senior avadhutas - originally from the US - who was present there. And still this avadhuta is active in our AMPS. Please find that story below.

AM marriage: between boy and girl only - 1

Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, “Male members of the Marga can marry females outside the Marga, but it will be better to marry a female member of the Marga to a male member of the Marga, as far as possible.” (1)

First we should recall that Ananda Marga is based on bhagavad dharma. That is why it is said that Ananda Marga is a man-making mission. There are various animalistic activities promoted in the general society which are harmful for the all-around development of human beings that are not supported by AM due to its beastial nature. Those things degrade the mind.

Here is one such example of animalistic relations: LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender). In the following teachings Baba is clearly showing that Ananda Marga promotes marriages between males and females. With that principle, beastly marriages like LGBT etc have no place in Ananda Marga. LGBT martial relations are detrimental for human society.

Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, “Male members of the Marga can marry females outside the Marga, but it will be better to marry a female member of the Marga to a male member of the Marga, as far as possible.” (1)

AM marriage: between boy and girl only - 2

Ananda Marga philosophy states, “In the manner prescribed for marriage in our Marga, both the boy and the girl have to take equal responsibility. Women and men are considered on the same footing.” (2)

Baba is clearly showing that Ananda Marga promotes marriages only between males and females.

Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, “If the boy and the girl settle their marriage themselves, it is proper for the guardians to give their consent.” (3)

Baba is clearly showing that Ananda Marga promotes marriages only between males and females.

Ananda Marga Caryacarya says, “The bride and the bridegroom, dressed in neat and appropriate clothing, will enter the marriage hall.” (4)

AM marriage: between boy and girl only - 3

Ananda Marga Caryacarya says, “The guardians should not consider the caste or nationality of the bride and bridegroom... will seek the opinions of the bride and the bridegroom and proceed accordingly.” (5)

Baba is clearly showing that Ananda Marga promotes marriages only between males and females.

Ananda Marga Caryacarya says, “In the case of arranged marriages, the guardians should finally meet and ascertain the consent of the bride and bridegroom, and bless them, at least a day before the marriage is solemnized.” (6)

Baba is clearly showing that Ananda Marga promotes marriages only between males and females.

Young male stands before Baba in dharma samiiksa

(The following is an excerpt from one great Baba story book, by very senior dada)

Brother G from the USA stood in front of Baba. After some personal talk, Baba said, “Your mind is unnecessarily disturbed about the past.

You made some mistakes of a sexual nature.”

G’s face suddenly became very red.

“Yeah...yes, Baba,” he mumbled.

“When you were younger you had some misunderstanding about the relationship between men and women.”

He stared at the floor, saying, “Yes, Baba.”

“But it was not your fault. As a little boy you were simply influenced by your environment.”

G looked up at Baba. He sighed deeply, smiled slightly and said, “Thank you, Baba.”

“No need of thanks,” Baba said. “I merely convey to you the unadulterated facts. You were unaware. Unaware.”

G approached me after the session, wanting to get something off his chest.

“I never told anyone, Dada,” he said, “but since you were present today, I want to tell you that...that before joining Ananda Marga, I had...homosexual relations.”

He watched for my reaction. Seeing none, he continued, “Even though I’ve been doing meditation for a number of years, it’s always bothered me; I’ve always felt guilty. But now Baba’s freed my mind. When He said it wasn’t my fault, something let go inside of me. I feel so light now; I wouldn’t be surprised if I started to fly!”

(Who’s Afraid of the Tantric Guru (1995), by Ac Dharmavedananda Avt, p. 279)

Dada D Story about Gay.jpg

About above scan of that story from the book

So that is just one example as there are countless occasions where Baba scolded and warned sadhakas about the degrading ways of homosexuality, i.e. lesbian and gay relations etc. The above scan is from page 279 of Dada Dharmavedanandji's book, "Who's Afraid of the Tantric Guru."
https://anandamarganewsbulletin.blogspot.com/

Ananda Marga Caryacarya guides us, “Male members of the Marga can marry females outside the Marga, but it will be better to marry a female member of the Marga to a male member of the Marga, as far as possible.” (7)

Baba is clearly showing that Ananda Marga promotes marriages only between males and females.

About same-sex relations

In the above story, a male had sex with another male – that is the sinful dealing that Baba is pointing out and this same sin applies to females who have sex with another female. So this is a universal teaching that applies to all gays, lesbians, homosexuals etc.

Having attraction for the same-sex is not good. This attraction must not be encouraged, neither physically nor mentally. Rather it should be diverted toward spiritual attainment; that desire should be goaded towards Parama Purusa. An ideal widower, or divorcee, or single margii, and those who have taken the vow of celibacy, if any have attraction for the opposite sex, then internally they goad their mind toward Parama Purusa. Remember physically indulging in same-sex relations and mentally harboring this desire are both against the Ananda Marga way of life and detrimental to one’s spiritual growth.

Some people think accepting gay relations is equated with being open-minded. In that case, in the general society then all kinds of things should be accepted in the name of open-mindedness like prostitution, animal sex, i.e. humans having intercourse with animals like dogs, cats, horses, pigs, goats, donkeys, camels, bulls, sheep, and birds.

In Ananda Marga, we love everyone – all humans irrespective of their gender or sexual preference, or any other quality. We love everyone: Diseased persons, healthy persons, serial killers, and sex addicts etc.
https://anandamarganewsbulletin.blogspot.com/

Conclusion

By reading the above story, anyone can understand that Ananda Marga is the path of bliss and not the path of animal satisfaction. So animalistic activities like LGBT are condemned in Ananda Marga. Those marching on the path of life divine have to be disciplined. Even in the first step of their journey they have to theoretically understand that sex is not the be-all and end-all of life.

Ananda Marga Caryacarya states, “Male members of the Marga can marry females outside the Marga, but it will be better to marry a female member of the Marga to a male member of the Marga, as far as possible.” (1)

Baba is clearly showing that Ananda Marga promotes marriages only between males and females.

~ In-depth study ~

Note: There is a myth that, “Baba never told anything directly that homosexuality is bad.” This story is the proof that Baba Himself took an unequivocal, explicit, and strong stand against homosexuality.

To so-called progressives

So-called progressive people think that if anyone has relations with a consenting adult then it is perfectly ok to be engaged in those sexual activities etc, even if those are premarital or extramarital affairs. But that is just their materialistic mindset at work.
https://anandamarganewsbulletin.blogspot.com/

According to the socio-cum-spiritual outlook of our Ananda Marga, such relations are not appreciated as they are very detrimental for one’s human progress - especially in the psycho-spiritual realm. That is why in any civilised society mere consent is not the defining point of acceptable relations are not supported.

For ideal people, either they become a monk or a fully-dedicated LFT and remain celibate, or they marry according to Ananda Marga system and live an ideal family life.

Kiirtana ideation by top bhaktas

Here following is an English summary or gist of the Bangla teaching (MGD 10 December 1978 Calcutta):

This bhava samadhi is the highest stage of the bliss of kiirtana. Both those who sing kiirtana and those who listen to kiirtana should ideate that, “Parama Pursua is mine and mine alone, and does not belong to anyone else.” If one sings or listens with this feeling they will have the highest realisation of kiirtana. (English summary)

Way to be free from sadness

Ananda Marga ideology states, "During the enactment of a drama, all the characters, the dramatis personae (some are acting as great scholars, some fools, some as extremely happy and some as wretched beings) should bear in mind that they are simply playing the roles allotted to them. They should always think, “In reality, I am neither very happy nor very miserable, I am not an erudite scholar nor a fool. I am merely acting a particular role-be it Emperor Shahjáhán or Aurangzeb.” If people remember this, they will neither be afflicted with sorrow nor elated with joy. This is what is called cosmic inheritance, cosmic heritage."
"All have come from one and the same Entity; no one is inferior, no one is small, mean or untouchable. No one is born high or low: all are bound by fraternal and sororal bonds." (1)

Re: Ploy of Sarvatmananda

Namaskar,

This quote was printed in the Crimson Dawn newsletter on the basis of hearsay those days during Emergency before Baba's coming out of jail. People did not object because what people were printing was not authenticated; and it was during the dark days so whatever people were doing was fine. Just like if child does something then do not nit pick what the child does. In 1978 Baba came out and the era changed and this "merge in mission" quote died out.

After that Sarvatmananda gave it its rebirth in 1990 to fulfill his devious agenda. Some think that before 90 there was no dogma. But they are not properly informed that is why they think in that way. But those working in the organisation before 1990 know that so many injustices were going on. And Baba did not have time to personally address them all and punish those people. This bogus "merge in mission" quote was one such case.

Re: Ploy of Sarvatmananda

Namaskar,

🙏 Mission does not mean AMPS. Babas mission is the emancipation of all beings including the inanimate.
Baba has subtly mentioned that there are others ( outside of AMPS- including luminous being) working towards the fulfillment of His sublime mission.

Two mahaprayans

Baba

Two mahaprayans

Namaskar,
It is with much sadness that we share with you news of the mahaprayans (deaths) of two senior and respected members of the Marga. They both experienced their mahaprayan today, 27 July 2016.

All know that Ac Nirmeghananda spent many years headquartered in Mumbai running the Mara't'hii language Prout samaj magazine where Dadaji served as editor. And verily Dada Nirmeghananda lived decades as an avadhuta in service to Gurudev. So it is a great loss that he left his mortal frame (mahaprayan) today in Ananda Nagar at 3:10pm.

Next, Shrii Shankar Jalan's mahaprayan is also a great loss. Shrii Shankar Jalan of Janakpur, Nepal was a very senior and respected margii who had much zeal and enthusiasm for the propagation of dharma and Ananda Marga ideals. All who came in contact with him understood he was a dedicated Ananda Margii.

May we all take solace in the fact that our dear brothers - Ac Nirmeghananda Avt and Shrii Shankar Jalan - were devotees of Sadguru Baba. Certainly they will attain mukti or moksa, accordingly. Baba will lovingly bestow His grace.

at the lotus feet of Baba,
Shivashankar Singh

"Mahaprayan" means death of mortals - confirm for yourself
from the Samsad Bengali-English Dictionary

Mahaprayan (Death): Many are aware that mahaprayan (death) is the common term used in India and especially in my Bengal to describe the death of any human being, even ordinary people. In that way, the obituary columns of the newspapers of my Bengal regularly cite the mahaprayan (death) of various persons of society who died or passed away.

Some may get confused and wrongly think that the word 'mahaprayan' (death) is one extraordinarily devotional term to be used in association with Parama Purusa. But that is not at all the case. Rather to do so is only to undermine the eternal presence of Parama Purusa. That is why no devotees ever use the word 'mahaprayan' in reference to Lord Shiva or Lord Krsna. Because Lord Shiva and Lord Krsna exist eternally. Then there is no question of Their mahaprayan (death).

Baba is Parama Purusa so He is eternal and there is no question of His mahaprayan.

Here it should be known that the convention of an annual death day ceremony (i.e. shraddhainjali or mahaprayan) is a foundation of the Islamic tradition. Muslims are well known for this, and their approach of an annual death day ceremony was adopted by the leader of a particular group in AMPS. So no one should think that mahaprayan is some type of sacred event. It is done on the death day anniversary of Muslims.

And for those who need still more technical proof then all this can be clarified quite readily by referencing the dictionary. Specifically in the Samsad Bengali-English dictionary on page 742. Checking there it will be confirmed that the word 'mahaprayan' means death. Which is why it is used to refer to the passing away of even common citizens.

Mahaprayan is only for humans not for Sadguru

Here it should be qualified that there is both real mahaprayan and fake mahaprayan. Real mahaprayan marks the death of any ordinary human being, just like the aforesaid news. This is the proper use of the term: To note a person's departure from this earth. That is the meaning of the mahaprayan term and that is the standard way the term is used in Indian languages.

Then there is the fake, or so-called, or dogmatic mahaprayan. That is when certain vested interests try to apply the mahaprayan term to Parama Purusa Himself. This is grossly inappropriate because when Parama Purusa Sadguru Baba is that Divine Entity who is beginningless and endless and resides always in our heart, then it is entirely wrong to proclaim that He is gone.

That is why rational margiis are protesting; because the Oct 21st program is so-called mahaprayan. So-called means that something is fake. Parama Purusa is eternal, thus for some vested interests to declare "mahaprayan of Parama Purusa" is nothing but so-called mahaprayan.

Mahaprayan only really happens in the case of human beings, not Parama Purusa. Those doing mahaprayan for Sadguru are hypocrites. On the one side in meditation they ask His grace thinking that He is ever-present, and on the other side they think that Baba has passed way. That is their hypocrisy.

Story: Sitting on Baba's lap means died?

Recently after dharmacakra, a senior margii was recounting his experiences of having dharma samiiksa with Baba.

He said, "After being lovingly scolded by Baba for my wrongdoings, then He called me close and placed me on His lap - I remained there for some time soaking up His love - and He blessed me."

We all enjoyed hearing about his personal account with Baba during dharma samiiksa. When he finished telling his story, there was a call for questions. Various people posed their queries.

Towards the end, one new margii raised his hand and asked, "How did Baba bring you back to life?"

Everyone stared at the new margii in amazement. There was a look of astonishment all around - people were really shocked to hear him say this. The new sadhaka sensed that something was awry. He said very matter-of-factly, "I thought that sitting on Baba's Lap means that he (the margii) died - that is why I asked that question."

This was quite eye-opening for those of us in the room: Through our language and expression we had unknowingly taught someone to think that being on Baba's lap is the equivalent of death. Because it seems that nowadays people only use the phrase "Baba's lap" when a person has died, such as "Let him rest peacefully in Baba's lap", as if in order to sit on Baba’s lap one has to die. But that is false. Sincere sadhakas regularly sit on Baba’s lap in their meditation. It is His grace. It is just like a child need not die in order to sit on his father’s lap.

Confusion about sitting on Baba's lap

At that moment I thought that everyone, new and old, should be clear about the real and devotional meaning of this phrase, "being on Baba's lap." It should not become stigmatized such that it only means death. Because in its true sense, the phrase "being on Baba's lap" really does carry a highly devotional and sweet feeling.

It is just like how a small child sits on its parent's lap. In a similar way, a spiritual child (human being) sits on the lap of Parama Purusa. By Baba's grace this can happen anytime in one's sadhana, especially in dhyana. Such a phrase then should not become  stigmatized because too many people only use it at the time of death.

We should be careful that we do not relegate "Baba's lap" only to the point of death.

The connotation of death must not become synonymous with "being on Baba's lap." Because the phrase - "being on Baba's lap" - is a devotional experience that can happen today itself in sadhana, and especially in dhyana. The phrase "being on Baba's lap" should not lose this quality and only mean death. It should not meet the same dark fate as happened with the term harijan. Nowadays, for the occasion of death / mahaprayan, 99.9% of the time people use the phrase "on Baba's lap", and for devotional stories the phrase "on Baba's lap" is used 0.01% of the time. That is why - for devotional purposes - this phrase is already included on the endangered species list.

Lest meet same fate as "harijan"

As we all know, these days in India nobody uses the term harijan to mean "a devotee". Whereas 70 years ago it was used in that way. The term harijan did mean bhakta. But ever since the time of Gandhi when he glued the harijan term to the lowest so-called caste, i.e so-called untouchables, nobody uses the the harijan to mean devotee. Never. Because the term harijan has been stigmatized to mean "untouchable". Nobody uses it to mean "devotee", but that is the original and true meaning of the word.

The phrase, "sitting on Baba's lap", should not meet a similar fate. It should not lose its devotional quality and just refer to one's death. That will be very negative.

Baba would bless devotees and place them on His lap

There are tens of thousands of recorded stories by sadhakas where they use the phrase, "on Baba's lap", when describing their experiences of being with Baba: He used to bless them and bring them on His lap.     People should understand the deeply devotional value of this expression, and not just think that Baba's lap means death, i.e. that you can only sit on His lap at the time of death. Still today there are thousands of margiis walking this earth who sat in Baba's lap. And not only that, there are countless more sadhakas who were blessed by Baba in dreams and dhyana wherein they sat in His lap. And still today this deeply devotional experience is attainable by sadhakas, by His grace.

There are so many ways an aspirant can reach unto Baba's lap including in sadhana and especially during dhyana. That is the main idea that should be preserved. Sadhana is a devotional practice and one can sit on Baba's lap in dhyana. We should make it cent-per-cent clear to one and all that the phrase, "sitting on Baba's lap", does not mean death.

Dogma:
if "on Baba's lap" only used for death

Here are quoted lines from recently posted emails on various forums, wherein the writer uses the phrase - "in Baba's lap" - with the occasion of death:

- "Now she is taking rest in Baba's Lap."

- "May he rest in HIS loving lap of eternity."

- "We are sure that Baba has taken him in His loving lap."

- "May his soul rest in Baba's lap forever."

- "Let her rest peacefully in Baba's Lap - which she always desired."

- "now he is in beloved Baba's lap"

- "May his soul get peaceful place in His lap"

- "He is now in Bábá's loving lap"

- "May Baba bless him with a seat in His lap."

- "May BABA accept him in HIS divine lap!"

- "May Baba take him in his eternal loving lap."

- "Please keep him on Your lap forever."

- ‘We all collectively pray to Baba to take him on Baba's divine lap forever.”

All of the above lines are commonly written in eulogizing the deceased. These days mostly it is used in a eulogy and rarely used to recount one's devotional experiences - unfortunately. By this way, the phrase "in Baba's lap" is being misused and step by step the real meaning is being forgotten as now people more commonly use the phrase to eulogize those who have died, and much less so to express their devotional feeling. Unfortunately, the meaning and inner spirit of the phrase is getting lost.

Here again is the central idea:

The idea is that this phrase - Baba's lap - has been linked with death due to extreme overuse. So for some time if sadhakas use this phrase exclusively for devotional purposes, that will be best.

Are you free or slave + 4 more

Baba

1. Important Teaching: Are you free or slave
2. PS #1089: You have come to make everyone emancipated
3. Important Teaching: Ananda Marga: tomb worship is also idol worship

Are you free or slave

Namaskar,
This entire creation - i.e. every created being - is bound by the cosmic operative principle (maya). Nobody is free. Yet if you ask anyone if they are bound they will reply they are free - not bound. But that is their ignorance. All are bound by death - nobody likes to die but everyone is going to die one day - nobody can avoid it. And nobody likes to face the reactions of their bad deeds and nobody wants to undergo suffering. Yet they have to undergo those trials. That is also a form of bondage. So nobody is free to do as they wish. And no one can stay here for thousands of years. These are all bondages. And to overcome such bondages of maya, one must fight, i.e. do sadhana. Flattery and prayer will not do.

Those involved in prayer (prárthana) ask the cosmic operative principle (maya) for worldly boons and request that maya to unbind them and grant salvation. But just as a slavemaster does not like to free his slaves, in the same way, maya also does not want to free those who are in her bondage. So praying to maya is useless.

Ananda Marga ideology states, “Dakśińácára sádhakas [i.e. those who do not do sadhana but just pray for favours etc] are afraid to declare war directly against Prakrti. On the contrary, they want to please Máyá through entreaties, and they pray for liberation from that propitiated Máyá. They chant devotional prayers and eulogies to implore Viśńumáyá to withdraw the negative influence of Máyá. Is it possible to attain liberation by such entreaties or flattery? Liberation means freedom from the bondage of slavery. It is never attained by flattery. Powerful people are greatly appeased by the entreaties and flattery of cowards, and might grant certain concessions or favours, but would never grant complete freedom. Dominion status may be granted, but the attainment of complete independence remains a far cry away. Thus, in order to attain salvation, to establish the reign of complete independence, a spiritual aspirant will have to fight against Avidyámáyá [i.e. do sadhana].” (1)

You have come to make everyone emancipated

"Áloker saor rathe, sabái nite tumi esecho..."  - Prabhat Samgiita #1089

Purport:

Baba, O' Parama Purusa, You have come riding on the shining chariot of divine effulgence. You have come to make everyone emancipated, You have graciously come to take everyone to the Supreme abode. You do not differentiate between who is great, and who is meagre or small etc. You listen to everyone's tales of the mind - to everyone's feeling of the heart.

O' Supreme Entity, even without seeing You, I have loved You. By Your grace, I am always feeling close & harbour great attraction towards You. I have been attracted by You without fully knowing all Your attributions. Baba, You are so gracious. You do not judge others on their merits or demerits. You love all, unconditionally. And I understand that You are always present - across all time and space always.

O' my Dearmost, You have done so much for me, and in return You do not want anything. In spite of knowing about my countless weaknesses, You have made me Yours and accepted me as Your own. You have graced me by giving me shelter at Your lotus feet.

Baba, You have showered Your causeless grace on me. You are ever-merciful...

Ananda Marga: tomb worship is also idol worship

Ananda Marga ideology guides us, "Those who worship idols, ascribing Brahma-hood to that idol, thinking that the very idol is God, the very image is God; worshipping stone, worshipping wood, worshipping metal. Tantra says, Mrcchiládhátudárvádimúrttáviishvaro buddhayo… [“Those who think that Parama Puruśa is confined within idols made of clay, stone, metal or wood…”] Mrt means “earthen image”; shilá means “made of stone”; dhátu means “made of metal”; and dáru means “made of wood”. And they ascribe Godhood to that wood or to that metal or to that stone. Then what happens? The person is ideating on that stone, or wood, or metal, and what happens? Yadrshii bhávaná yasya siddhir bhavati tádrshii – “A person adopts a body according to their object of ideation.” Their own self is transformed into that entity, the entity which was their object of meditation. Now such people worshipping different forms of Prakrti finally take the form of those entities, and become stone, become wood, become metal. They are called Prakrtiliina. They become one with Prakrti and remain there for an indefinite period. What a durdaeva, I will say! What a painful state of existence!" (1)

Note: Unfortunately, some have introduced the aforesaid dogmas into our Ananda Marga. How did this happen? Because a few have propated that a particular tomb or a particular stone is Parama Purusa.

(a) That is why in Jamalpur some go and lay prostrate to the Tiger’s grave. Because those worshipers think that only stone is Parama Purusa. That is why some sadhakas take the arduous journey to that spot to convey their feelings.
(b) And that is why some go and do sastaunga pranama to the mahasamadhi spot in Kolkata. Because those people think that Parama Purusa is only in that tomb. That is why some worshipers take trouble to go to that place and express their innermost thoughts.
(c) And that is why some prepare food and place food morsels on Baba's photo. Because those sadhakas think that only photo is actually Parama Purusa.

Sadly, such margiis will suffer from terrible degradation as those brothers and sisters have mistaken the all-encompassing Divine Entity Parama Purusa for a piece of wood, stone, rock or other inanimate material. By sincerely worshiping that stone etc and merging their mind into that inert matter, such innocent seekers unfortunately degenerate into that very crude matter. So we should be careful if we see anyone doing like this. Our duty is to help any and all sadhakas refrain from this approach, so everyone gets the opportunity to advance along the path of true spirituality.

In Him,
Suvidya’
