Baba
Namaskar,
Here is a story about how Prabhat Samgiita was used for His divine reception.
In Lake Gardens, Prabhat Samgiita was regularly sung to celebrate His arrival. It is His grace that in those days I went on numerous occasions to see Him in Lake Gardens. I remember that a few minutes before Baba would be upstairs in His room and VSS suddenly would inform us that Baba was getting ready and would be coming shortly. Then all margiis and Wts would stop whatever they were doing and quickly crowd around the entrance of the house, waiting for Beloved Baba to appear. Without delay the singing of Prabhat Samgiita would start. We would all be outside, standing around His car, singing—waiting for Him. The whole environment was charged with the sweet longing of seeing Him. When finally Baba would exit the house to go on fieldwalk, all the Dadas and margiis would encircle that area, singing Prabhat Samgiita—in order to receive and see Baba. This was the usual routine.
Then Baba would graciously accept the mala and bless various margiis. Sometimes also He used to talk for a few minutes and give some guidelines. Naturally, all these customs He would do in a very charming manner. This was the regular event when He was in the process of going out for His fieldwalk. Then He would get into the car and take His seat, and the car would leave.

Reception by singing Prabhat Samgiita
And 15, 20, or sometimes 30 minutes later, Baba would return back—after His fieldwalk was completed.
At that time, all the margiis and Wts who were busy in their work, sitting in the hall, or doing other duties, would immediately stop what they were doing as soon as they heard the sound of Baba's car returning. They would rush up along the driveway—waiting for the car to pull in to receive Baba. And this reception used to be done with the singing of Prabhat Samgiita. Sometimes, we all were ready five minutes ahead of time.
By His grace, still those unforgettable memories are alive in my heart. Sometimes those same visions and feelings come in my dhyana also: How Baba is coming and showering His blessing with folded hands. Then He was graciously accepting the mala, in a charming mood and with a smiling face. All the while everybody was singing Prabhat Samgiita for His divine reception. Baba was present with His folded hands and smiling face. Sometimes He used to talk or say something.
It was His causeless grace that He would create such a blissful atmosphere and allow me to be present and participate in His divine play.
Sometimes also I saw that in the evening after Baba returned from His fieldwalk, He would sit for a few minutes on the chair in the driveway, next to His car garage. And there all the bhaktas would sing Prabhat Samgiita. The Lake Gardens Baba's Quarter Madhuma'lainca was very crowded those days. Maximum people were attending. And the space next to the garage was comparatively quite small—perhaps a 100 square feet or so. Plus all around there were flower pots and so many plants. So in the true sense, there was hardly any space. Even then Baba used to sit there and listen to Prabhat Samgiita. What a blissful scene.
Bhaktas from far & near
In this way, His liila was going on: Every day more and more new Prabhat Samgiita compositions were being given. Baba would listen to those songs being sung by various margiis—as margiis were being called upon to sing those new songs. This gave the distinct feeling that Baba wants that the maximum number of sadhakas should learn Prabhat Samgiita and sing. Because He has graciously given Prabhat Samgiita for everyone. He did not wish for just a few trained musicians to sing in a professional way while everybody else kept quiet. Baba did not want this type of approach.
That's why every day, when in Baba's presence, more and more margiis, from different corners and far distant places, were inspired to learn new songs. Then they would sing in front of Him. Or we can say, they were leading the song and others were following. This type of training was going on. The trend started in 1982.

scene before & after 1982
Before 1982, when Baba would come from His room, the system was to raise the slogan: "Parama Pita Baba Ki Jai, Parama Pita Baba Ki-- Jai, Parama Pita Baba Ki-- Jai, Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji Ki-- Jai, Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji Ki-- Jai, Shrii Shrii Anandamurtiji Ki-- Jai, Ananda Marga Amar Hai, Ananda Marga Amar Hai, Ananda Marga Amar Hai, Parama Pita Baba Ki-- Jai! etc". This type of chanting and raising slogan was done those days.
Hearing the slogans, margiis would rush from a distance to have a glance at Baba. It was like one signal for many of us. When the slogan would start, it meant Baba has come out or He is going in. That time margiis used to run to have a glance of Baba. That was so beautiful and blissful.
Since the very beginning, since the birth of Ananda Marga, the system was in place to receive Baba by raising those slogans. And then the style changed in 1982 when Prabhat Samgiita came into being.
Sweeter approach
And indeed the arrival of Prabhat Samgiita was something very charming. The singing of Prabhat Samgiita was done regularly for the reception of Baba. So Baba used to be received with the singing of Prabhat Samgiita. This was the way the scene was drenched in bhakti for Guru’s reception.
Of course, both the systems were charming and had their own unique appeal. But overall, receiving Him with the singing Prabhat Samgiita was more heart touching, soft, and sweetly vibrating. Whereas the previous system of raising the slogan of "Parama Pita Baba Ki Jai!" had a certain strength and boldness. Naturally because of Baba's charming presence, that was also sweet.
Receiving Baba with the collective singing of Prabhat Samgiita was more sweet and beautiful. What a grand reception!

Purport:
My Parama Purusa, You are dear to me, You are my Dearmost. Even when I am in cimmerian darkness - during storms and cyclones, tornadoes, in my miseries, my terrible days - You remain always with me, and keep me safe. My Citcor, You remain by my side and care for me; I am never alone.
Baba, You are Alakhanirainjan; Parama Purusa You are blemishless, pure, and vipad bhainjan, the destroyer of all calamities and all-powerful. You are my práńer spandana, the pulsation of my heart warmth of my life, and the citi bodháinjana - collyrium of Brahma jina’na. Parama Purusa, Your beauty and infinite, spiritual charm satiates my heart.
Baba, You protect me from all sorts of dangers and calamities and remain as the abode of bliss. Those who attain You will be fearful of whom - they will fear no one. By Your mercy, those who bind You with the thread of their love and bhakti, even their obstacles are removed. They can overcome all hurdles, cross the ocean of bhavasagara - the sea of sam’ska’ra, and get moks’a. No impediment can halt their forward march.
Baba, Parama Purusa, Omnipotent Entity, please shower Your karuna on me...
Note for Prabhat Samgiita #3261:
[1] Citta-cor / Chit-chor / Citcor: In His role as 'Citcor', Parama Purusa is the Thief or Stealer of the bhakta’s mind. How does He steal the mind? He captivates their mind and attracts the bhakta by His exquisite spiritual charm - whereby the sadhaka cannot think of anything or anyone else. The sadhaka has lost control of his own mind: It incessantly and unknowingly rushes towards Parama Purusa. The One who makes this happen is Citcor - the Stealer of the mind.
And to some degree this happens in the mundane realm as well, though it is degenerating and not long-lasting. There are numerous worldly examples where a person's mind is stolen. For instance, if they lost money, if they are infatuated with mundane attraction, if they are anxious about something - in all such cases when the person's mind runs again and again in that direction. So to some degree their mind has been stolen. The person's mind is no longer their own - they do not have control over it. Over and over, their mind is thinking of something - yet that something is not eternal but rather short-lived. So the effect is degenerating. Because their I-feeling has become attached to something mundane. In the real sense that is not citcor, but rather a reflection of a reflection of the stage of citcor.
The Entity that causes someone to lose control of their mind is Citcor - the stealer of the mind. And this is a deeply spiritual state. In the sphere of bhakti, only Parama Purusa is Citcor. The sadhaka thinks of Him, unknowingly. Always the mind is goaded in that direction. Even if the bhakta intentionally tries not to think in this way, still his mind becomes ensconced in the thought of the Supreme, i.e. Parama Purusa. This is an elevating experience and has a wholly beneficial result.
Ultimately, when this condition climaxes, in that culminating state the unit mind - the jiiva'tma - becomes one with Supreme Consciousness.
Lastly, another name of Citcor is Makhan Cor (Butter Thief).
A number of dogmatic worshipers think that Lord Krsna is a butter-thief and they portray Lord Krsna as a small child who has stolen butter whereby the child Krsna is eating a lot of saturated fat. The sages tried to teach the common people with analogies but due to a very low standard the people took it in a literal way until finally it became an entrenched dogma. They do not like to hear the real truth of the matter.
[2] Alakhanirainjan: ('Alakh' means 'invisible'; 'nir' means 'no'; 'ainjan' means 'black spot'.) Of the infinite attributions of Parama Purusa, one of which is that He is invisible and blemishless - totally pure and perfect. That is why He is known as Alakhanirainjan. Because in this world unit beings are bound by their past actions, by their samskaras; and this creates a black mark in their mind. But being Alakhanirainjan, being both invisible and blemishless, Parama Purusa is totally beyond the realm of sense perception and beyond the realm of samskara. His mind never gets stained. He remains eternally pure and spotless.

Namaskar,
Marathawada region has been suffering from severe drought. Farmers have been committing suicides. Government has not been working for the irrigation of their agriculture fields. In this situation, Proutist Sahayadri Samaj has come up with the solutions. Our beloved Baba has provided many solutions to fight drought. If we follow the same, entire planet will become green, no drought at all. Baba said to trap entire rain water in to check dams of river and then divert entire rain water into canals for irrigation. Entire rain water should be trapped so that it will not go useless and meet sea.
As per planning, on early morning of 6th May 2016, we (Team led by Ac Rupatiitananda Avt) left Mumbai (Shelu ashram) and arrived at Aurangabad en route to Pune, Ahamadnagar. In Aurangabad, we visited one canal which was completely dry. We had fruitful discussion with local social workers. Then we left for Jalana town and then reached at the Village “Satephal” which we have decided to make it drought free.
We stayed in a government school. We were surprised to learn that there were no toilets facilities in village. All are used to finish “Natures call” in open fields early morning before sunrise. We had to follow the same village rule. No Toilets, no bathrooms, no wash basin, no tap water, etc. All village wells were dry. River is dry. Canals are dry. It is very difficult to imagine the daily routine life of this village. Women are worst affected.
Animals of village are also most affected. They do not find green fields for grazing. Cattle owners buy green fodder for their cattle. Cost of fodder is more than the cost of cattle itself. Weak ribs (chest) of cattle are clearly visible. We found cows were searching for greeneries. But Alas! They could not. Cows were found chewing dry sugarcane wastes. There is no option at all……
Ac. Rupatitananda Avt introduced us to New Village Sarpanch “Advocate Ramchandra Bankar” (whose village Panchayat role is just 6 months old) of SATEPHAL village. Brother Ramchandra ji has selfless service mind. Dada Rupatiitananda emphasized that Ramchander ji has a fighting spirit....against corruption & unethical / immoral elements in Society - a trait/ a quality which is very essential if we are to start SAMAJ/ PROUT movement and related Programs. He and his family have been initiated in Anandamarga. Wine, beer, etc have been banned in the village by the Sarpanch Ramchanderji….
Next day One general meeting of villagers was arranged in front of village Panchayat office. Government SDO and other officers were invited. Speeches were inspiring. All emphasized to make this village drought free by adopting Sahayadri samaj efforts.
All of us reached to dry canals. Villagers also reached there to see how we are going to make area drought free. Power excavator machine (Poclain) was brought. Excavation of dry canals started. Our main goal is to trap entire rain water in to check dams and then divert entire rain water into canals for irrigation……
Sahayadri Samaj will make the mission successful. Baba Naam Kevalam…

Plagiary?
It is the accepted international standard and Baba's system not to copy another's work and publish it in your own way. Baba has given a very strict rule on plagiarism. Why is Baba against plagiarism or stealing someone's work? There are many reasons:
1) It is against the code of asteya (non-stealing).
2) Countless stories of bhaktas need to be published. But some do not want to do the hard work of compiling and writing these stories, so they just steal them from others. But new stories need to be told, otherwise so many unpublished stories of sadhakas will be lost and forgotten forever. So watch out for story thieves, and kindly help them not to steal by posting on social media in their own way. If you want to forward this story then attach the following yellow section with the story:
“Courtesy of unknown bhakta via Ananda Marga Universal (https://anandamargauniversal.blogspot.com/)”
This will be treated as the standard protocol.
