Dirty work ramifications
Namaskar,
When one's goal is materialism, then people take big steps to move towards that end. And they ultimately reach there because they think matter is everything, and that is what they are focusing on. That means for them money is regarded as the cream of life. Money is the most cherished thing. And that brings them to the abode of hell.
To achieve that, then through positive or negative ways - through right or wrong livelihood, people aim to earn money. Yet, in both cases, for those with good or harmful jobs, their situation is bad. Because in either case, they are accepting money as the goal of their life. And that degenerates their mind.

Disappointment & die a miserable death
Unfortunately, around the globe all are running fast after the supposed glories of materialism. Little do they know that already some of the population of materialistic nations has become the pool of selfishness, where countless suffer from depression, anxiety, obesity, and so many physical and mental diseases. This is not to discredit the general people. There are many good citizens leading honest and decent lives. The tragedy is how rampant materialism has led to the degradation and demise of so many. Wherever the seeds of materialism are sown this horrific outcome will manifest, regardless of the country or community.
So one should be aware and pay heed to Baba's aforementioned warnings.
Inviting their own destruction
Because this is what we practically see. Around the globe wherever the economy is on shaky ground, many have taken their lives after they witnessed the extreme devaluation and melting of their financial wealth. Thus no one should get allured by the horrific ways of materialism.
https://anandamargauniversal.blogspot.com/
For money, people are willing to do anything and everything. This we see happening day in, day out. And this brings destruction - both on the individual and societal levels.
Ananda Marga ideology states, "Crude materialism has done much harm to human society during the last one century. It has misguided the entire human society, it has converted human beings into animals." (1)
See what they are doing to get money
Sadly, for the sake of money, people will give up everything - every shred of decency and integrity that they have and stoop to the depths. For example, they will make themselves or their spouse naked and sell the pictures; they will kill their wife; they will sue their children; they will sell their daughters; they will cheat anybody, anytime. In sum, in this havoc ridden era of materialism, people will do anything & everything to get money.
Indulge in harmful dealings
Unfortunately, nowadays it has become so easy to make huge amounts of money doing indecent and degenerated things. There is a huge market for this primarily because that is the path of least resistance. All have come from animal life and it is easy for people to submerge themselves in satisfying their base propensities. Because that path is familiar to them. Hence, there is a grand mass of consumers interested in satisfying their base propensities. Various businessmen capitalise on this opportunity.
https://anandamargauniversal.blogspot.com/
So if someone puts something dirty on the web, a huge sector of the population will seek out that site. Because their mind easily runs in that direction. The proliferation of such degrading content leads to the further degeneration of society - thereby burgeoning the industry of dirty products. That is why Baba warns us about the degrading ways of capitalism etc.

~ In-depth study ~
All these following quotes also lead in the same direction. Namely that indiscriminately running after money will ruin one's present life and destroy one's future.
Ananda Marga philosophy says, "You may know some people whose minds always run after money. You might have asked them to sit down for a while and have a chat, and been surprised by their excusing themselves, saying they were so busy and had to rush off to the stock exchange. If their pursuit of money is hampered in any way, if it eludes their grasp, if they are totally severed from it, their minds will lose their base and they will die." (2)
Ananda Marga philosophy says, "All crude objects on which people base their hopes and aspirations will certainly disappear one day, for the nature of this relative world is 'ta agacchati sah gacchati' - whatever comes goes. When people are deserted by their crude objects of desire they are eaten away by frustration and disappointment, and die a miserable death.” (3)
Ananda Marga philosophy says, "I heard that once, when the currency was devalued, a wealthy jute merchant suddenly died because all the aspirations of his life were based on money. He could not face the prospect of having to part with his cherished object of desire." (4)
Tragically & typically, common people think that by getting money they are paving their golden future. This is their misguided outlook. In reality they are thrusting themselves onto the path of death and destruction as they sink backwards into negative pratisaincara - converting themselves into beasts and ultimately into stone etc.
https://anandamargauniversal.blogspot.com/
Ananda Marga philosophy says, "If a person continually gloats over crude material things, his entire existence will be converted into crude matter. In mythology the story goes that Ahalya' was converted into a stone due to his constant crude ideation. So people who accept matter as their goal, totally denying the existence of Parama Purus'a, tread the path of degeneration and become prakrtiliina devayonis [negative microvita] after death." (5)
By rampantly moving headlong after money, people ruin their human existence and their future is bleak - torturous. Tragically, that is what is going on nowadays. Even good and kind-hearted people are affected in this way.

You fill me always
"Ayuta chande ese chile tumi, nácite nácite hásite hásite..." (Prabhat Samgiita #0146)
Purport:
Parama Purusa, with the resonance of melody, in the manana of my heart, and with the jingling of the ankle bell, You came in countless rhythms, dancing and smiling, smiling and dancing - in my meditation.
You came with the resonance of melody; You came with the manana of my heart, You came with the jingling of the ankle bell. You came with the resonance of melody.
Baba, You came with the jingling of the ankle bell. Parama Purusa, with the resonance of melody, and in the manana of my heart, You came. In the jingling of the ankle bell, Parama Purusa You came.
If I blossom as a flower on the branch, then You become fragrance and fill me always. If I become the distant sky, then You become blue and fill me always. Parama Purusa, You fill me always. As a blue color You always envelop me.
If I become the distant sky, then You become blue and fill me always. Parama Purusa, You fill me always. You surround me from all the directions,
Baba, I am never alone. You are always with me, no matter what. You are ever gracious, I surrender at Your lotus feet...
Notes for Prabhat Samgiita #0146:
[1] Manana: The contemplation or ideation of the Supreme Entity by repeating the Parama Purusa's name in the mind. This special process Ananda Marga ideology has described in-depthly.
[2] Jingling of the Ankle Bell: This song (PS #0146) carries great symbolic meaning and is the poetic expression of what the sadhaka feels in dhyana. So the "ankle bell" is not a physical bell attached to one's ankle nor does it refer to some type of bell that Parama Purusa is wearing around His foot. Rather when the sadhaka realises and feels the proximity of Parama Purusa in deep dhyana, then one hears this ankle bell sound within. That is the meaning of this metaphor in the song. One hears this ankle bell sound when in His close proximity.
Ananda Marga ideology states, “The rhythm in which the vibrational flow of the cosmic mind vibrates the annamáya kośa of individual microcosms – veins, nerves, arteries, blood, lymph, etc. – is the initial stage of the divine cosmic sound. When this sound is heard in the anamáya kośa it resembles that of a cricket. When this cosmic sound vibrates the kámamaya kośa it resembles the sound of ankle bells. In the manomaya kośa it resembles a flute...in atimánasa kośa, the resonance of a gong; in vijiṋánamaya kośa the buzzing of bees or the rolling of ocean waves; and in hirańmaya kośa, a prolonged oṋḿ sound. Thus the cosmic sound is expressed in various ways according to the degrees of crudity or subtlety in relation to the fundamental factors. There are various physical and psychic expressions centring around the various degrees of cosmic sound. When one’s mind is confined to a particular stratum one hears the sound peculiar to that stratum only. A person who lacks concentration of mind cannot hear any expression of the cosmic sound. In the field of spiritual practice the divine sound is expressed in a spontaneous way.” (1)
The medical condition of ringing in the ears is known as tinnitus - it is bothersome, irritating, and a painful condition. In contrast, the divine sound of the jingling of the ankle bell is sweet and blissful.
[3] Two More Metaphors: The metaphor of the sky and its blue colour indicates how they are inseparable. The sky and blueness cannot be made distinct from one another. The two are inextricably interlinked. In the same way the bhakta and Parama Purusa are inseparable. Similarly, the flower cannot be separated from its fragrance; where there is a flower there is fragrance, and where there is flower fragrance there is the flower. The two are completely part and parcel of each other. Here again this refers to the inherent link between the Parama Purusa and the bhakta. Parama Purusa is always with the bhakta - one cannot remain separate from the other. Parama Purusa comes with His omnkara dhvani (eternal sound) the bhakta gets attracted and merges in Him.

Sadhana first, then service
Ananda Marga ideology guides us, "You have to bring about your own spiritual salvation. If one does not try for one's own salvation, if one does not do spiritual practice, one can never serve society. It will be totally impossible." (1)
Note: There are a few who think that any type of mundane social activist, who is not even God-oriented, can be an ideal Prout leader. Some get enamoured with the popularity and tall talks of some so-called orators. In their naïveté they think that the person at the podium can bring and lead society forward and establish Prout etc.
However, in Baba's above teaching, He clearly guides us that only those deeply involved in sadhana and equipped with the force of spirituality can provide the soothing balm to the exploited humanity. Without spirituality one can never render true service to society. Hence being on the path of sadhana is an essential requisite for serving the world.

Why people fail - 2
Namaskar,
Every human being wants to be successful. Who does not want to be successful? Whether in the realm of art, law, medicine, schooling, business, literature, science, or architecture - or any other field or endeavor - everyone wants to be successful. Knowing how to be successful then is an important recipe.
Baba has graciously given us His special guidelines wherein He explains how the 'Seven Secrets of Success' apply not just to spiritual life, but to worldly life as well. Here we examine the second secret of success: vishvása.
Vishvása: In spiritual life this means having firm determination for one's Goal. Yet Baba guides us that in worldly life this is also needed. If before studying for an exam, a student thinks that, "I will never be able to pass", then they are doomed. Certainly they will not be able to get success. Similarly, if an adult walks into a job interview thinking that, "I will not be able to get this job - it is beyond my qualifications", then they will have little or no chance of getting that job. So vishvása in worldly life is a big point. It refers to having confidence and a positive outlook before pursuing any endeavour.
Baba has blessed us all with great teachings which lead us to success, including how to utilize the Seven Secrets of Success in our worldly endeavours. So we should pay heed to this doctrine not just in spiritual life but in all our worldly dealings as well.
Baba says, "You, boys and girls, should remember the points and do accordingly. It will help you in your all-around success." (Ananda Vacanamrtam - 14, Seven Secrets)
Namaskar,
Bhakti Bhusana
